Heidi, the salesperson on duty, helped my find a suitable, economical phone and set everything up for me as I dislike doing that part due to being 90 yrs old. I went back two weeks later to inquire about a hotspot and, luckily, Heidi was there again, and she figured out what kind of hotspot would suit me best. It was nice to get such quick, efficient service and Heidi was very knowledgeable and helpful. I realize eventually these stores will probably close in the near future as corporations go fully automated to avoid paying actual human workers and the machines will gain another toehold as they prepare to take over the world. However, until then, employees like Heid have my gratitude.”
