I usually do not write reviews, but Tyrelle at the leasing agency was one of the kindest and most professional interactions I have had with any agent throughout my house search throughout the DMV. I am grateful for coming across people like that.

We worked with Tyrelle from the Leasing office and he was very professional, prompt, and helpful despite the busy summer rush! Although we ended up going a different route, this apartment has a very clean and spacious hotel-style atmosphere.

Moved in here after a terrible two year stay with a “high end apartment complex” and wow it’s night and day! This place is amazing, the staff care about their tenants, the building itself is spotless and always smells fresh and clean, it’s comfy and quiet. I haven’t been able to stop telling others how much I enjoy this apartment building it’s like moving from an airbnb to a Marriott!

This is a great community. The leasing and move in process was as simple as it can be. Almost all of it was done online. The leasing office uses a virtual move-in checklist that makes a stressful event better.
Tyrelle and Porche in the leasing office are outstanding! The entire front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The building has all the amenities most people need and want. Plus there are shops, restaurants, Whole Foods, and a Speakeasy on the ground level.
In a geographic area with high rents, this community has a great value for the dollar.

I absolutely loved living in this community. I truly believe it is one of the best places to live in DC. Management and service teams are great. Tyler is amazing and very helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to live. I am very sad I have to move out!

This apartment complex is amazing! Everyone on the staff so helpful, they respond to maintenance issues very quickly, never lost a package, and they have the most friendly employees. If it wasn't for a new job, I would have stayed here if I could.

Tyrelle and the team were extremely helpful in our new home search. They were extremely accommodating friendly and answered all of our questions with grace and patience. We like the community and area a lot. Close to the city and above a Whole Foods.

One year in, our experience here as residents has been great. The management and staff are super helpful and friendly, the maintenance team is prompt and incredibly kind, and the building and surrounding area feel very safe and welcoming.

This has been my home since January 18 and I must say every encounter with the staff — from Tyrelle in the Community Management office to Natasha who oversees the concierge team — has been welcoming and positive. The amenities are top. The location is right above Friendship Heights Metro and the Whole Foods next door is key. The building is clean and convenient. There is really a sense of care and community here. Thank you! -- Charlie D.

Fantabulous! This building is a great place to live:
1) The staff rocks it out every day. Special kudos to Natasha, Tyrelle and Tyler. They are so helpful, make life easier than you can imagine, and make you feel welcome.
2) When you have an issue, all you do is put in a request through their app, and presto someone fixes it in a rapid fashion. Bravo!
3) You can get to either the Metro or Whole Foods through the parking garage without going outside.
4) Doggos! There is an office building across the street that has a large lawn. People use this area as an informal dog park.
5) Sunsets! If you get an apartment that faces west you get amazing views of the sun as it slowly dazzles you with its array of colors.
6) The gym and other amenities are great and the building is spotless.
Love this place!

Lived here almost 2 years. Building was great. Quiet atmosphere, never heard the neighbors. Grounds were kept clean and landscaped. The front desk staff were always super helpful and courteous. Package service and dry cleaning service were amazing perks (that I was sorely miss). Rooftop pool was also a great perk if you find the time to use it. Never had a major issue with the apartment, neighbors, or staff. All around a great place to live in a safe area surrounded by plenty of things to eat. If I ever move back to DC, I would look at living here again

I had the pleasure of living here for over a year and it was the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I recently sold my home and just wanted to have a fun apartment close to the city to live in while I figured out where to go from there. Enter Wisconsin Place. I got a 2 bed 2 bath unit that I lived in mostly alone, but with space for my college aged kids to stay on school breaks. The building is quite upscale and at a higher price point but you get what you pay for. It’s literally ON TOP of the Metro and the Whole Foods, convenience that is unmatched. The Friendship Heights neighborhood is nice and provides endless options for activities and long walks (which I loved). The units are nicely finished and mine had a big balcony. The staff is super nice and they try to know people by name, and the management runs the building well. The gym is great- almost as good as a regular gym that you’d pay for. And there’s a really cool free “party room” (I had a holiday party there and my guests loved it) as well as a theater room and a business center. The pool is small but has great chairs and never seems too crowded. I was sad to leave (I moved down the street to another Chevy Chase apartment building for a few months in advance of my planned move to California) but wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Wisconsin Place in the future. It’s totally worth the price tag. If this is in your price range, just do it! (Everyone I’ve ever met in the building also loved it!)
