In reality all USPS locations have subpar service. But people like Gul has achieved the title of all Gul is condescending. Rude and miserable. You cannot be in service if you don’t have a willingness to help attitude

Had a great experience both getting passports processed and mailing a package. Efficient and friendly communication, and especially supported by Mike with the passport processing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I like this branch for the customer service.

Posted hours on Google “match” the current posted hours on the door, and yet….somehow it is NOT open….probably half a dozen people there checking the door just to make sure. NO SIGN saying they should be closed.

They have limited lobby hours which is strange for a post office since they are typically 24/7 in the PO Box lobby. If I had to take a stab at it, it's probably due to the homeless problem. Gotta love the DMV!.

We did not expect to have a great service at usps; however, today’s experience was absolutely unpleasant to both myself and especially my kids.
I briefly mentioned that that’s a card inside an envelope to be sent overseas. And you would not believe that the staff just crushed it with her fingers without simply asking us what’s else inside the envelope.
There was just paper crafted small stuff made by kids as present to be sent to their grandparents, and they were all crushed because of their careless.

Rudest USPS worker I have ever run into (older white woman with a thick eastern European accent). Use self-service, or if you need to speak to a human being, save yourself time and drive a little further away since you will not be helped here. At least self service will replace 100% of her job in the near future

It was excellent. I put my envelopes in the slot and off they go. Of course, I went to the post office because my checks were stolen from my local mail box, but you can't have everything.

The sign says it closes at 5pm on Mondays. I was here at 4:30pm on a regular Monday and it was already closed.

This is the second time I've mailed an envelope from this location with a scannable stamp that was never scanned so it doesn't show up on the tracking and keeps saying "USPS is waiting for the item" like how can you be waiting if I was inside using the kiosk? Last time the envelope was actually lost and never made it to the destination so fingers crossed this time it's only lost on the tracking information!!

The nicest experience I've had at a USPS! Arnetta was so sweet and searched the entire store to find a shoe box for me to ship my shoes out of. She also went out of her way to help my partner and I use a coupon for the cards we were purchasing. This is my new go-to USPS location hands down!
