“I own a 2015 BMW M4. My vehicle was slightly leaking oil due to a faulty valve cover. After getting two extraordinary high quotes from two different BMW dealerships ($1K difference between the two, not sure how that’s possible!). I decided to take my vehicle to MB Automotive Service.I was given a thorough explanation of the problem and I was physically shown where the problem was and what needed to be fix.I was given a honest and fair price quote much much cheaper than the lowest of the two BMW. dealerships. My vehicle was fixed in a timely and professional manner with no problems in the last 45 days since serviced. Also, they shared some BMW vehicle do’s and don’t to keep the vehicle running smoothly.Since my vehicle has been fixed, I returned to get a brake flush that was needed and I will be returning for any brake/fix items or scheduled service maintenance. “Great experience with Auto Stop Falls Church that is worth commenting. The AC compressor blew on my F-150 that required a dash out repair. Six months later some other components in the HVAC system failed that was unrelated to the compressor, but still required a dash out repair. “I think they are good at what they do. I had a flat tire, and came here simply by way of a Yelp search with all the positive reviews. I was worried that I would need to replace my tire, but it just needed a plug which cost about $20. When they finally got to me, the guy who worked on my car was efficient and quick. I ended up tipping him because he was really good. I forgot his name unfortunately. The only annoying thing is having to wait and how traffic gets backed up into the street. It was my first time there, so didn't really know what to expect. I waited about 1.5 hours before my car was finally seen, and maybe only spent 15 minutes in there for service. I guess the cost and quickness of the service offset the long wait time. I would definitely come back though in the future and try to come during less busy times like early in the morning or later in the evening.”

“I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Literally the best tire shop I've ever been to.I went there because I had a slow leak in one tire and I assumed that I just picked up a nail and would have to have it plugged. As it turns out I did have a nail but it hadn't pierced the rubber so it wasn't the cause of the leak.After a thorough examination Marley, the guy working on my car, found there was an issue with a label that had not been removed from the tire, and rubber flashing that had been left on the tire from manufacturing, that was causing the leak. Also the rim was slightly bent from where I hit a pothole.Not only did they fix the tire, but they also took the other one off on that side to see if the rim was bent. It wasn't. Super competitive price, and friendly, knowledgeable service. I will be buying all my tires here from now on.”

I ended up having to purchase 2 more tires (the tire ratings were different) elsewhere and have all 4 tires balanced. Good for an emergency situation, but would probably go somewhere else to just have tires replaced.”

My only complaint is that they are so busy because everyone else wants to bring their car here. Still they will take the time to put the diagnostic on my 20 year old Acura when the Check Engine light comes on, order parts, and schedule a future appt. when they are knee deep in cars. “Bob came highly recommended to me by my boyfriend’s mother - I came all the way from La Plata, MD. Bob and his son were nothing short of being God-sent… wonderful! Honda auto shop tried to charge me $1000 xtra for the same service! Also, Bob and his son found that the Honda dealer basically were going to rip me off in general for a new water pump and coolant (which wasn’t needed). That’s right! Car Dealerships are charging people for parts that don’t even need to be replaced, and completely not mentioning the parts that actually need replacing! I needed a new AC compressor (per Bob) and Honda completely failed to mention that. Bob took care of me like a father would! He felt horrible that Honda did this to me and he fixed my car within 24 hours. When I came to pick up my car, his son lifted my hood and showed me exactly what was fixed and why - he was so knowledgeable and kind. If you want HONEST work, FAIR affordable prices, and a job WELL DONE, look no further. You’re in trusted hands here at Branch Ave Tire & Auto.Most importantly, my 2010 civic is now driving like brand new, after years of taking it to Honda and their never acknowledging the cause for my car shaking (AC compressor/belt). They’d instead find a bunch of other issues with parts that in hindsight probably didn’t need to be replaced. Save yourself the money and the troubles of going anywhere else but here!LOOK NO FURTHER!!!”
