“Passing through the area from New Jersey had tire trouble the crew there found a slow leak in one of my tires that I have had looked at multiple times besides that I actually pulled off and said that was the best experience I've had at a tire shop. That surprised me because you normally don't pull away from a tire shop thinking how great of an experience it was you just go and get a tire fixed but it was friendly service. “This is an excellent tire shop! Great communication on the phone and in person, honest assessment, and quality work. I had a flat tire and changed to my spare. I called Quality Discount Tire and they were able to order my tire (I wanted to match the rest) and schedule me for an appointment the next day. They promptly installed the new tire, checked my tire pressure sensors and even put my spare tire and wrenches back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and very happy with the result.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“The team at Far East Motors is friendly and helpful. They give a detailed report of any repairs and costs before beginning work. They do a great job and are cost conscious when working on my older model Ford Focus and Town and Country minivan. They have diagnosed AC/vent issues, cooling system repairs, have replaced our brakes,
done suspension work, tire repair, and general maintenance work on our cars. They always keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle repairs and diagnostics. “Texted Mary at 9 pm on a Friday and was quoted a fair price to plug the tire if possible. We arranged for her to come out to my house at 8 am the next morning. Unfortunately, the tire was too damaged to repair, but Mary quoted a fair price to replace it on site. You will need to get new tires rebalanced after Mary installs them (has to be done at a garage, can't be done on-site), so I ended up going with a shop who could do everything all at once on Mary's suggestion. Very happy with the service though, and wouldn't hesitate to call her in a roadside emergency.”
“Absolutely great experience. Had a tire with a screw in and they patched me up quickly and got me on my way. Many places nowadays don’t patch up tires and just want to sell you a new one.

“This auto shop has the kindest most helpful providers. A few months ago I had recurrently low tire pressure. The team helped me troubleshoot, realized the issue was a dented rim, fixed the problem, and told me they couldn’t let me pay for the quick service. Then this morning my husband had a flat tire right as he pulled into the adjacent parking lot, and the team immediately helped him change to his spare and directed him where to get the tire fixed. We are very thankful for such a thoughtful, helpful team in our neighborhood and will always bring any issues there.”
