Don’t do it. I opened an account online cause I moved right across the street. 2 weeks later I receive my debit card and a letter telling me the account is closed for no reason. I went in to present them my identification, was told they are calling the fraud department and will get back to me. I receive another letter today telling me account is suspicious and can’t have any activity.I deposit when I open the account I set up direct deposit from my work, now money is there I can’t use to pay my rent. And their phone number never works. If I can give lower stars i will. Don’t do it!

Staff was nice but they didn’t have any temporary cards, which I needed urgently. A bank should probably not only have expired ones on offer

This bank is absolutely horrible. They put a security hold on my account, and without giving me any information when my account went to negative balance, they closed the account permanently. Then I received a letter saying that there is a charge off amount that I need to pay in 10 days otherwise it will go to collection department. I am trying to pay that money for 7 days right now and I cannot. Branches of the bank do not help, their fraud department does not answer the phones and customer service says nothing. Also, they do not send me my account balance which is 5.138$ of my salary deposited the day they closed my account. I will try every single legal way to process a complaint about them.
