I want to thank the Staples employee at this store who went out of his way to figure out that a cord that he had would fit my DVD Player. At first, he said that it was not in stock and that I could order it. But when he saw how much I needed it right away, he sold me one that he had in his work station and, I imagine, ordered more for himself! Such service I have not experienced anywhere else.

I don't usually leave reviews but just want to give a shout out to the lady who is usually at the counter at Staples. She really is lovely and always greets me and is very helpful. The store is convenient and they validate parking.

I use tge staple store on Wisconsin ave. since 1992. The agent who answer the phone said that the item is available and i will get same discount price online. I drove to the store and the manager said " sometimes online the sales are different. She did not give me the discount price.

Manager went extra mile. He was busy with incoming calls, but spent several minutes in the back looking for my ink cartidges which were out of stock in the retail area of the store. Ended up ordering for delivery to home address. Was scheduled for 2 day delivery; actually delivered in 1 day, a day early. Grateful for proactive service !

This review is way overdue! I visited Staples Store # 0177 in Bethesda, Maryland several months ago and encountered the friendliest, kindest and most professional team! DELLA, ALPHONSO & STANLEY really worked as a team to locate products in the store. It was quite busy in the store at the time and I was quite impressed with the positive attitudes in the midst of long lines. Kudos to these employees!!
