“The level of customer service here is excellent. I have a retrofitted grooming van with all kinds of custom hoses and fittings. One of them broke and I had a major leak. I explained my problem to Mike and he was able to retrofit a toilet supply line, a hose barb, and clamps to create what I needed. He cut and fitted everything on the spot. I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.”

“This is a small neighborhood hardware store but they keep an impressive array of hardware, tools, paint, garden, and "lifestyle" items for most DIY projects. Where the big box stores are geared to accommodate contractors, Annie's aims for the individual and their residence. Staff is always friendly, the store is well staffed for their size so there's always someone available for questions or assistance. I really appreciate a hardware store that can still operate in the neighborhood without leveling 15 acres. Factoring in my time and general frustration with large box stores, the prices for a quick trip down the street are competitive with other options.”

They have a nice selection of vegetables, herbs and perennials, plus annual flowers, and supplies every year, well into the season, too, which is great when you need to fill in a few garden areas later in the summer. “Arrived just before 5 on a Friday afternoon. I had called before I came and been told they closed at 6pm not 5.The people to help had left a bit early ( it had rained ). The gentleman who was there ( not one of the manual laborers) was exceptionally helpful. He could have just said ‘They are gone’ or ‘Not my job’. Instead he left what he was doing and loaded 10 bags of mulch into my car, and was exceptionally polite and kind.Thank you soo much Sir. You made my day - actually my whole weekend!! “I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!

“This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. “In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Today, we stopped by to pick a masonry drill bit set and the customer service were through the roof! It was amazing! Wow, we were shocked at the level of customer service! Great job!!! Don”

“I was happy to discover that this location wasn't far from me. I mean, I do have one less than a half mile from my place, but it's not always convenient to go there. This one, however, seems to be a bit more convenient with the other stores around it. I came here after making a few other stops and ran in to find a few items that I had on my list. It wasn't easy finding them right off the bat as this was a new store to me, but I soon found my way around once I opened up the app. Once I had the app up and going I was able to find the items I needed. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. With items in hand I was happy to find this location as it made it easier for me that day.”

“This review is essentially about Home Depot's access to the Bagster service.I had hundreds of pounds of old roofing that needed removal. You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking.It cost me about $250! And I could have loaded even more, but I didn't have time.They don't take old appliances etc. In under 10 minutes, they were done and gone.It's thebagster.com.”
