Went here twice in the past week. Walk-in both times. Pleasant waiting room, easy check-in, friendly staff, “spa” music in the background, short wait, easy blood draw. In and out in 15 min.

This location was great. I came in without an appointment. I only waited about 10 minutes before a really nice young lady took me back. I'm usually a hard stick but she got it on one go and kept me calm the whole time. One of my better experiences at a LabCorp.

My scheduled appointment was at 1:00 PM, but I had to wait until 1:40 PM because the walk-in patients needed to be seen first!

I will never go to Labcorp again! They forgot to add one of the import items from my doctor’s order. After I reached them, they told me that they’d add that test to the specimens they had stored. After five days, I called them and figured out they don't store anything, and I needed a new order for the test they missed!!!! This is an unacceptable mistake!

Everytime I come to this location the staff are excellent and very respectful. The wait time is minimal unless problems with the system, which the staff has no control over. I live across town and come to this location faithfully!

My wife and I walked in without an appointment and got checked out almost immediately. The check in process was easy and self explanatory. The receptionist and lab techs were very courteous and efficient. I hate getting bloodwork done however they made this experience less painful.

Reception staff were rude and unwelcoming. Person taking blood admitted it was her fault she had to stick me in two separate veins before being able to draw blood. I had to remind her to take my urine sample. I will never go back to this lab.

updating my review: I now understand why this location is rated so poorly. they must’ve lost my blood work because they haven’t sent it to my doctor and they refuse to answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. i had an appointment 10/12 at 10:30am. i expect a callback to the number on file regarding when my doctor will receive my results - because according to him they should be in already or he would’ve at least been notified if they were even entered. neither happened so i would love to know where my blood work went.

From the start a low class service. The checkin machine as rigid as its impatient if you don't have everything handy. But the people are the worse making you wait unnecessarily. No service attitude. I have doubts about the accuracy of the results

Came at 8 am sharp, was the fourth patient in the door and at my business meeting next door at 8:15. Manny was very efficient and I barely felt a thing. We’ll have to see when the results get to my out of state doctor but so far so good.

This company doesn’t care about people. Money is important, I know that but when a situation is going on with an unpaid bill and they refuse to listen because all they see are dollar signs, it’s time to find a lab that’s human. My insurance denied a bill due to an end date discrepancy in employment. I called 3-times offering to go ahead and pay what my insurance would have plus my responsibility. At first they said it’s being appealed and just wait to pay. Then I call and offer again once the appeal denied again. The unpleasant person I spoke to offered a small discount that I had to pay at that moment in full or I’d get no discount. I explained that I had just moved out of state and was starting my own business. My bill is over $771.00. She asked that I pay $551.00 in full. She stated if I needed to make monthly payments the discount would not be given. So, they sent me to collections where they’ll lose more than the discount offered to me. I’m going to pay the collection agency later, I want Labcorp to lose too. I’ll never allow my physicians to use them again. I’ll gladly travel to Quest.

Worst blood draw ive ever had, I ended up black and blue. I just pray they did everything else ok
