This pharmacy communicates about the status of your order and delivers when they promise. Why did I let CVS waste my time for so long? Have used their delivery service for about six months and have been very pleased.

I have never experienced a pharmacy that lacked basic professional customer service. Why it took 3 different telephone calls over a 12 day period for a basic prescription is beyond me. Please save yourself the stress and find a caring pharmacy.

I really hoped the Friendship delivery service worked. It does not. Their delivery vendor, Loudoun Express, apparently delivered my critical medications that needed to be refrigerated to the incorrect address.I then discovered their is no way to contact the service except by email, and you only get automated responses. No attempt to deliver to correct address.This error was compounded by the fact that Friendship Pharmacy already had advised that the medication was sitting on the truck for AT LEAST a full day before the supposed delivery attempt occurred.Two further days, and 3 calls later, I finally reached somebody at the Pharmacy who said they would cancel the charge so that I could reorder the meds.A hard ‘no’ to their delivery service unless you can afford to wait and then call repeatedly to correct mis-deliveries.

Had tons of questions and lots of requests to give to the pharmacy office, called in and talked to Jasmine. She was so helpful and put in the time to talk to me and answer my questions on our long call haha! She seriously went above and beyond. Thank you so much Jasmine!! :)

I recently had the privilege of using Friendship Pharmacy and was truly blown away by the level of care and attention to detail that I received. As someone who is housebound, being able to still experience this level of service without leaving my home is incredible. I have used several national chain pharmacies in the past, but nothing compares to the experience I had at Friendship.The pharmacists at Friendship are meticulous in their attention to detail. They took the time to review every prescription and made sure that there were no potential interactions or side effects. They went above and beyond to identify a potentially dangerous side effect that I was experiencing, and they intervened, potentially saving my life. I was so impressed by their level of expertise and their commitment to patient safety.In addition to the exceptional care provided by the pharmacists, the pharmacy technician was equally proactive. They found a coupon that cut my copay in half, which was a huge relief for me. And to my surprise, they were able to deliver my medication to my door, so I didn't have to hire a courier. This made the entire process so much easier and convenient for me.I would highly recommend Friendship Pharmacy to anyone looking for a local community pharmacy. The level of care and attention to detail that I received was truly above and beyond anything I have ever experienced from a national chain. If you are looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about its patients, you owe it to yourself to try Friendship Pharmacy!

Ashley was so pleasant and helpful over the phone. I've always had nice experiences filling perscriptions with their staff. Delivery to my job is quick and efficient.

This is the first time I've used a pharmacy that delivers prescriptions. I was supposed to get a call the same day (or next) of my appointment to go over the requirements to fill my prescription but was told I can call if I didn't hear from them. I called the next day just because the process was new to me and I wanted to make sure I didn't drop the ball on anything needed of me. I spoke to a pharmacy rep (maybe she was the pharmacist) and I had a great conversation which she took time to explain how they operated and what was needed of me. I was disappointed to find out my prescription wasn't covered by my insurance but the cost was not too outrageous and she explained the use and modifications that could happen down the line that would ultimately save me some dollars. I didn't feel rushed as we talked through all my questions and concerns.My prescription was placed before the holiday and it's a compound so they were upfront in letting me know I won't receive the order until the following week Tuesday (today!). I got text alerts first thing this morning that the order was en route and not even an hour later it was delivered. Not bad!!The packaging was pristine and I can't find a single thing to complain about. I can get use to the door to door thing! Now, if my refill goes as well as this first go around...I will increase my review to 5 stars. :)

Very poor experience, they call pts and then keep them on hold. I have received 3 calls only to answer and be placed on hold for a long time. When I called back they just said you need to hold. Very poor service

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. They call to confirm my prescription within a few hours of receiving it and it is delivered in a few business days. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Honestly this service is extremely inconvenient. I hate waiting up to almost an entire week to receive the medication. staff is unhelpful, condescending and rude, cuts you off mid sentence.
