I wear a lot of Eileen Fisher size 1x. This store does not carry plus sizes. However they carry all the extra small sizes. When i asked why they said there wasn't room for the plus sizes. But. They have very little merch and a whole back section with sales merch. They suggested i try the stores in nyc which also dont stock plus.

I used to like this store. Recently tried to return an item and they would not give me the price I payed for the item back. Their policy is if the item was discounted that is what you get back. I called corporate and they were confused by the store policy so sent me a return label so I could get my full refund for what I payed through them.

Every time I walk into this store, I get looks from the sales associates that I have 3 heads and boils all over my body. I am not your typical EF customer (under 40 crowd) so maybe the ladies are profiling me (sometimes I feel that way). I love EF and I see the value in the brand and I am willing to spend the money. I have spent over $3000 in on EF clothes over the past 9 months. Thus, this store is missing out. I stopped going to this EF store and I would rather drive out to Tyson's for better customer service. Love the easiness of Eileen Fisher clothes--especially the washable stretch crepe pants!! The Chevy Chase staff is always extra helpful!!

I shop here ALL the time and I can't tell you how nice their team is - they find things for me and have them shipped, give me their opinion, suggest new items. I often come in when I have an important meeting or travel and need something special or just shop their sale. They are great!! They are very helpful and some people don't like that but it is their way so I would suggest that you let them make it a great experience for you!!

I visited this store yesterday and left after I felt that one of the sales persons treated me very rudely. I took an item of clothing into a dressing room to try it on. A minute later, a salesperson came over and asked if there was a pair of pants on the hanger in the room. I said that there was and then realized that I probably took a dressing room that was set up for another customer. I said "Oh! I'm sorry , I didn't mean to take someones room, my apologies!" The salesperson said in her best condescending voice, "Well you did!" I was done trying on my item so I left immediately, but as I was walking out the salesperson kept apologizing to the customer, who didn't appear to be all the concerned, saying "I am so terribly sorry that happened." I mean, really, crime of the century! How dare I use the wrong dressing room! I like some of EF, overpriced clothing, but certainly will shop at Nordstrom to buy them! I don't know why I was treated like this, I've purchased several items at this store in the past, but never again!
