Good customer service every time my husband and I stop by. Best Saks in the area in our opinion, and usually not nearly as crowded, covid-wise that makes us feel more comfortable.

Not so much for the brick and mortar shop but the online store. Purchased a black pair of Christian Louboutin sandals and the online store sent nude. Had to reorder and make an additional purchase as I has no time to wait for the refund process and...wait for it...received nude sandals again. What store has the audacity to ship what they want despite what was ordered??? Literally sat here with 1700.00 worth of shoes that some associate felt suitable to send what they chose to or what was in stock...definitely lost a costumer for life...me!

I found walking through this store to be an interesting social experiment. The commissioned retail staff is truly rude, judgmental and profiles all shoppers. Enjoy your missed commission, I spent my money elsewhere. I will not go back. In this age of equity, don't judge a book by its cover. I had pre-shopped on line due to not having this store where I live. I knew what I was looking for but received no service and had many on the staff look at me and turn away. YOUR LOSS!

Last time I visited this location like a month ago I went to return an perfume and exchange for another scent. I handed the sales associate Alla the perfumes she scanned it gave me a receipt and everything packaged up the new perfume and I went to shop around the store . 15 minutes later I see her following around the shoe department down stairs no where near the fragrance department and she had the audacity to accuse me of stealing the perfume I returned. I emptied out my purse which only had the new perfume and receipt and she goes I must have made a mistake it is a misunderstanding.Not only was it embarrassing I do feel like I was racially profiled that's a big accusation to make especially when you can get security or check camera to make sure you are right before ambushing a customer. The manager did reach out to me after I filed a complaint but I will not return to the store after that unless it's urgent.

In December, Schmaine made my first Louis Vuitton experience memorable. She didn't try to oversell me and made me feel special. She gave me the best shopping experience EVER! I appreciate her and all of her efforts. I will be a repeat client and hope to use her each time. Last week I went back for my second purchase; and Schumaine provided exceptional service. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I bought two Burberry scarfs online for Christmas and they arrived in plastic bags. $400 scarfs and no box or cylinder for storage. I called customer service to ask for the packaging and two weeks have gone by with no response. I will return the items and purchase from NM.

A staff member named Jordan who works in the shoe Department is very rude. While I was in the middle of trying to purchase my item. She walked away without notifying me to help another customer. She made hand gestures while talking to me about my purchase. I basically had to think for her by asking her to call the online custom service department to see if my order went thru. She replied with a rude response and Said I'll have to call my manager. Her manager Rochelle was very nice and provided me detailed information regarding my purchase. She showed me that the transaction went through. She also took the initiative and re-send my email confirmation to me. Customer Service is very important because it gives the customer a reason to come back. At this point I'll never go back! I'll just order my items on the website. I will not refer my friends or family to go to that store either. Not too mention, when she was assisting the other customer she said "she is having Bank Issues. I can help you"! How rude!!!! The comment she made upset me but I keep my composure. After years of shopping there I Vow i will never shop there ever again! Promise!!

The worst customer service ever ! I ordered Clinique from their online store , the products were sent within few days , however I was suppose to get free bonus gift , after spending $65, I spend over $90, and never received the bonus gift . When I called cyst service I was told the issue will be resolved within 7 -10 days , it's been way over that and I have never recorded emails from customer service ! I'm disappointed and surprised that such a store as Saks do not care about their customer !

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! PLEASE BE AWARE TO SHOP ONLINE AND RETURN BY MAIL AT SAKS.COM ( SAKS FIFTH AVENUE STORE ) THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING AND MAY FRAME YOU AS A FRAUD JUST LIKE ME Back in October/19 I ordered a Moncler Armoise jacket at Saks.com for myself and got $600 promotion gift card from the purchase. Very happy with the jacket I decided to use the gift card and paid the extra to order for my husband a Moncler Octavien jacket as well. The jacket has wrinkle style. And everything went downhill from here... Placed the order on Nov/30th and received on Dec/7th, my husband tried it on and it was way too small,took it off, put back in the box and mailed to return it right on that day, with the return reason "ITEM RAN SMALL". 10 days later without any notice I found the box at my front door, didn't even know what is in there,opened it up what a surprise ,it was my husband jacket and a letter with a checked box said "WE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE ITEM IS NOT AUTHENTIC ". My hand started shaking and didn't even know what was going on??? My husband called the Customer service and they said the jacket was wrinkled and missing the Moncler logo. We tried to tell them that's how we received ,the jacket just had the black plain VELCRO on the shoulder. The guy said allow 10 business days to investigate. We waited 10 days and no response, we called again and had to tell the whole story all over again,the guy asked to send them some pictures of the jacket,and then we got an email saying FedEx will pick it up and the refund process will take 10-14 business days. FedEx picked up,we waited 10 business days but still no response. So I called Customer service again and got informed that the jacket been sent back to us and we would receive it tomorrow. Once again I didn't know what to say, I asked to speak to the manager, and this manager's name was Jose and with his rude voice, he said 3 times "why you just reported it ran small instead of saying it's missing the logo and wrinkle ?" I kept saying we didn't notice it, because we didn't keep it, so we didn't look at it thoroughly. And I tried to tell him to check the code on the jacket. He just kept his point of view and mentioned that if I try to return it again it's gonna sit on the shelf of their warehouse and they will never send it back to me anymore. After I went back and forth I mentioned that I'm gonna report to the police and I'm not faking it, I'm not scared,he offered me a discount, I said no thank you. Went home told my husband the whole story, he tried to call them again and got the same thing "offer discount ". So my husband tried to tell him check on the "Video tape from 1st time that was packed and shipped ".That's the only way to prove the jacket was shipped without the logo, he agreed to do that and promised to have a resolution within the next 24-48 hours. While waiting we did some research ourselves and found out on Moncler.com their description for the Moncler Octavien jacket has a REMOVABLE LOGO. Which never got mentioned on Saks' website. Moncler's website also offers authentic check. And apparently when we put the code in, it proved that the jacket was authentic! So we tried to email the guy and give him all the information , he emailed back that "he will be reviewing this case with his team because they need to make an exception and that is exactly what he's looking for". And asked us to wait another couple days. And right after that my husband found out the LOGO WAS IN A SMALL ZIPLOCK RIGHT INSIDE THE JACKET'S POCKET. We just thought what the hell, now it explained everything. So pretty much we had to do everything to prove that we are innocent. Emailed the guy back again told him about that, showed him the picture and told him we would like to return it at the store

Hit and miss. Hit is that they seem to have most selections that VA store either does not carry or ran out. Miss is that if you tell them that you are looking for a clothing item for a specific event, the sales mgr or rep may push clothing options completely inappropriate to wear to the event. I do not recommend this particular store. Recommend shopping at another Saks if possible.
