Very convenient reach by metro or car. The store’s visual designs are inviting. The merchandise is varied and appealing. Designer merchandise is tempting.

It is literally impossible to reach anyone by phone in any department in this store. I have tried on two occasions, weeks apart, during hours the store was open, to call and find out whether they carry merchandise I'm interested in. There is an endless automated menu that will, no matter which options you choose, route you to a conclusion where you will be left on hold and eventually told, via a recorded voice, that no one is answering at that extension. Why would I go to the trouble of driving all the way there if I can't verify they even carry what I'm looking for?

best staff ever.. they treat you human and don't look if you carry big plastic or not.. my all time favorite place to shop.. Nordstrom staff treats you shit .. bloomingdales awesome all the way

As a favorite of mine, this store provides excellent assorment of unique merchandise that is priced very well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can always find what I am looking for at each shopping trip. A strong recomendation to shop here.

Do not count on getting your orders as they can cancel it on the delivery date! Very unreliable service! I placed an order 4 days ago only to be told that my order was cancelled on the delivery date, which is absurd! Macys or Nordstrom are better options.

STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERING FROM HERE!!! 14 days is unsatisfactory given I purchased something from your store to give as a gift and when I received the item the seal was broken and almost half the product was gone. Disgusting that your facility didn't have some quality check before sending that. I purchased that for a gift and now have to wait, I didn't expect this to come from a high end store at all. I will never shop online again. I have been waiting for reimbursement since Dec 6??? Do you think this is acceptable for $125 product?? Someone should be fired!!

Im glad I made time to go shopping during this visit in DC. I LOVE Bloomingdale's, this is my to-go store when I want to get clothing. There different brands and depts for women, cosmetics/fragrances , shoes and men's clothing. They had love music outside and other cool activities going on when I got there. The staff is incredible and would assist you. The value is great and I had to leave before I ended up buying everything.

DO NOT MAKE LARGE ONLINE PURCHASES. I ordered my sister a $600 saint Laurent wallet for her birthday. I never received my item. Bloomingdales claims it was left at my door. I’m not a frequent online shopper but I assumed such an expensive item would be signed for. I reached out for a refund but I was rejected several times. If you can’t find what you need in stores I wouldn’t order it if I were you. Take your business to Nordstrom.
