“Best car wash experience I've ever had. It's obviously pricier than a normal car wash, but my small SUV (Mazda CX5) was cleaner than when I bought it originally. Service was quality too, texting me updates on when I could pick it up. If you want to COMPLETELY clean the interior (and exterior, but I mostly cared about the inside), this is the place.”

“Carson at Maryland Auto Spa has been my go to detail guru for over a decade. He has polished and ceramic coated 4 of my vehicles. This time around, I used Carson for his tint services, and his team knocked it out the park as expected. I simply told Carson my objectives and goals for the tint on this vehicle and he helped me make my decision from there. I wasn’t looking for anything too dark, I wanted it to be legal, and because I use this vehicle for work and get a lot of windshield time, he recommended ceramic tint with UV protection and heat reduction. It turned out just as I envisioned - I’m super pleased with the overall product, service, and price. You won’t find a better guy in industry for detailing, ceramic coatings, and tint. “I spilled a giant tray of cooked shrimp with all it's shrimp sauce/juice all over my rear back seat, and for 7 days I tried everything I could think of to clean it up to no avail. And every single day, the smell kept getting worse and worse, to the point that I was worried I wouldn't be able to breathe through my nose in my car ever again. Luckily, Mike and Premere Auto Detail were there to save me.
When I called Mike, I immediately could tell that he was a professional and cared about my situation. We had a 10 minute phone call where he asked how long its been since the spill, what type of seats, if the seat were perforated, and gave me a good estimate of what needed to be done (no other company took the time like him). While yes, the price was a little higher than other estimates, you get what you pay for. Mike made time for me two days after we called, came right on time at 8:00AM, and spent 3 hours completely eliminating the smell/mess, and using the ozone treatment on my car. He even took the entire car seat out so he could clean in spaces I wasn't sure were even dirty! Overall, great experience, he truly saved my life with this mess/smell clean up, and I would 1000% recommend his service to anyone at all, especially if you have a smell/stain you CAN NOT get out yourself... because I'm sure Mike can ?.”

Luigi looked at our right front fender liner, then 1) replaced a missing clip to secure liner to fender and 2) because the liner is broken, couldn't affix a missing bolt. "But you're good to go," he said. "You need a new fender liner but it's not an emergency." No charge. Refused a $20 "thank you." Best to call for an appointment. Open 7:30 AM - 5:30 M-F and 9 AM-noon Saturdays. Plus, btw, cordial welcome from staff and a clean, cool, capacious waiting area.”

“I have used TTA for all my maintenance for the last 3 years and counting. Recently I had an issue with my wheels getting strangely dirty and mostly on the front passenger wheel. long story short I was impressed when TTA came out to do a wash on my car and the detail guy said "you'll need a caliper on this side and fresh pads all around ", I took his recommendation and once the caliper was swapped with new pads, no more excessively dirty wheels. Turns out that caliper had a bad piston and it didn't retract once I let off the brakes. 10/10 highly recommended”

“Steve Thomas is the Duke of Dents, the Prince of Paint, the Baron of Blending. Usually, in dent repair, the shop will say something like “It won’t be perfect but it will look good from X feet away. If you want perfect, take it to a body shop that will paint the whole panel and pay that price.” When you hear that, head for Steve and his business. I’ve used him for years, recommend him, and he deserves his reputation. He just did a dent removal and paint blend on a 2008 Toyota RX 350 for me. I challenge anyone to find the repairs, even if I tell them where to look. He’s studied his craft for over 20 years, even travelled to learn from the best. And it shows. There is no better choice.”

“The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”

“This auto shop has the kindest most helpful providers. A few months ago I had recurrently low tire pressure. The team helped me troubleshoot, realized the issue was a dented rim, fixed the problem, and told me they couldn’t let me pay for the quick service. Then this morning my husband had a flat tire right as he pulled into the adjacent parking lot, and the team immediately helped him change to his spare and directed him where to get the tire fixed. We are very thankful for such a thoughtful, helpful team in our neighborhood and will always bring any issues there.”
