Did not have a positive experience leasing from this dealership, starting with the car not being properly cleaned upon initial pick up and culminating with someone taping a bracket to rectify a faulty license plate holder today. When I attempted to question if that was the best solution, he threw the equipment down and walked away, after citing he's sold $100K+ vehicles with the same problem (rather than taking a moment to walk through what they were doing, which could have completely solved my concerns to start). Highly recommend you try another Audi dealership.

Recently had the opportunity to purchase a used higher end vehicle I found on Audi Bethesda's website, and had the good fortune of meeting and dealing with salesman "Jimmy." Jimmy was fantastic! He is straightforward, honest, knows his cars ( both newand used Audi and other products). He knows his cars, was no pressure, respectful, accommodating, and made my purchase/ deal seamless and easy. If you are in the market for an Audi or one of their used units, seek out Jimmyat Bethesda Audi! Highly recommend!

I ordered a part from Audi Bethesda for my car. Mr. Green, the Parts Manager shipped the part quickly. I ended up not needing the part and he kindly said to ship it back. Upon shipping the part back I received a refund within 2 days. Thank you Mr. Green… with this type of service you have earned a new customer!

Had a great buying experience at Audi Bethesda. Worked with Andre Niava who was courteous and efficient. The sales manager Brian Mukhin was super polite and professional as well. Would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Audi!

It was great working with Khoa and Jacob to purchase our vehicle! They were extremely patient answering all our questions throughout the process. They went out of their way to ensure that process was smooth and trouble free. I will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase an Audi in the future and also will look to them again when I'm ready to move on to our next vehicle.

UPDATE: Que called me to offer an apology for “miscommunication” as he didn’t realize I was physically at the dealership. Anywho, days late I received a notice from the vehicle about a 12V Battery. My car spent a few days at the Mercedes dealership. Audi should do a better job at ensuring used cars are serviced properly before they sell them to customers. I sent too much time dealing with vehicle issues within a week of purchasing. I definitely would not return or recommend this location as they didn’t do anything to fix the situation.Original Post:Purchased (on a Wed) a used 2023 MB GLC (yes the MB dealership is across the street and their sister dealership) and the check engine light came on later that evening (yep same day I purchased it. Vehicle only had about 1700 miles on it). I opened and closed the gas cap because the only thing I could think of was they filled the vehicle up at the time of purchase. I called my salesperson (Eric) and he told me to bring it by the next day (Thurs) and to ask for the used car sales manager. The next day (Thurs) the check engine light went off so I didn’t take it as I thought it was the gas cap. Sunday the check engine light came back on. So I decided I needed to go back up there. I got all the way there which was an hour away to be told that the used car manager called over to the MB dealership across the street and was told they were backed up/too busy to look at my vehicle at the time and I should to try own closer to me where I can let us a loaner car or use my second car if I had to leave it since appointments are scheduling out over a week. This is extremely poor customer service. I didn’t have the vehicle a week. I should be a priority as if they were still trying to sell the car they would’ve taken it over there and got it checked out. Something told me to just drive across the street for them to tell me no that they couldn’t look at my vehicle. There was a nice older man (wish I got his name) whom did tell me they were fully booked and walkins was backed up also. Instead of him completely dismissing me and turning me away he went and spoke with a service advisor (Chris). I explained to Chris I was a little frustrated since I hadn’t had the vehicle a week, I drove a whole hour and I had my 13 week old baby in the vehicle. He let me know what he’d quickly run a check, and if was anything serious I’d need to schedule an appointment and come back. He assured me that it was most likely okay since I drove it an hour and it was fine. He returned within 30 minutes or less. It was quick. Chris told me everything was fine it was the gas cap. Now this is customer service which is hard to find these days. Thank you so much to the first guy that didn’t send me away and thank you so much Chris for your service.Audi you need to work on your customer service. On another note, I was charged for ceramic coating on my vehicle that I didn’t ask for nor was it on the sticker price.

I purchased my car on June 9th at Audi Bethesda and my sales associate was Rafael Garcia. He took the time to personalize my purchase and was very attentive and informative. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making my purchase. Rafael took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the buying process. Most importantly, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He's an amazing salesman and I 100% recommend him if you're looking to purchase a vehicle at the Audi Bethesda location.

About three months ago, I purchased an Audi A4 from Audi Bethesda and the buying experience was extremely positive and exciting as this is my 1st Audi.My salesperson, Jonathan, was very helpful and customer service oriented. He helped us pick the right Audi A4 for a new Audi owner and made sure we got a competitive price for it. The pre-owned sales manager Khoa, Finance manager Sue and Jonathan made it a pleasant experience as car purchases can be stressful and difficult.I'm very happy with my smooth Audi A4 and look forward to working with them again in my next upgrade:)

I just picked up my new Audi A4 from Audi Bethesda today. I'm a happy camper.The whole buying experience was extremely positive.My salesperson, Jacob Jay, was totally straightforward and customer service oriented, and able to locate exactly the car configuration that I wanted, at a very competitive price. The sales manager Bryan was also very pleasant to deal with, and at no point did I feel that anyone in the dealership was wasting my time.I've owned 10 BMWs, four Porsches & three Mercedes, and this car shopping experience was definitely among the best. A+.

I recently purchased a used AUDI Q7 from AUDI Bethesda.I cannot overstate how seamless this experience has been.A huge shutout to Rafael Garcia, the sales representative that helped me through the process.I contacted the dealership by phone the day before my purchase and ended up talking to him.Rafael was very clear regarding the various aspects of the pricing. I was on a budget (replacing my old car after an accident, using the insurance money for a cash payment), and I was looking for a no BS type of conversation. Rafael immediately caught up on my needs and was upfront, honest and clear on the phone.That convinced me to go visit the store the day after. Obviously I was shopping around, but the approach to customer service, the professionalism and clarity that Rafael provided on the phone were a determining factor in me wanting to go to Audi Bethesda rather than other dealers that were offering similar cars at similar prices (although in fact the Audi Bethesda price was in the end unbeatable).At the store my experience was VERY positive. Buying a car can be stressful. Salesmen can be pushy. Many individual little things can make a customer feel uncomfortable at some step in the process.NONE of this happened here. Rafael was attuned to my needs and we went straight to the points that were important for me. The transaction was seamless.I'd like to add my thanks to Victor, from the finance department who was equally friendly and helpful.He proposed to sell me some extra products (warranty, service), but at the time I was not interested, and there was no insistence from him, no pressure, just great customer service again.Besides being a great salesman, and a nice person, Rafael was extremely knowledgeable regarding ALL aspects of the vehicle: engine, transmission, interiors, exteriors, safety features, and all the various bells and whistles of the infotainment system (and there are a ton of those on this Q7).He made me feel comfortable with the purchase, by covering so many aspects of the vehicle and in so much detail.The test drive was really nice too, I got to drive in the town center, on some larger road at the edge of town and on the highway, thus experiencing several features of the vehicle in a short amount of time.I am so glad that I ended up purchasing a used AUDI at the AUDI Bethesda store. The extra knowledge of the vehicle, of its maintenance needs and history, the fact that it was looked at by AUDI mechanics make me feel more comfortable about the quality of the vehicle.I would absolutely recommend AUDI Bethesda.

Update: They resolved the issue. Took way to much work on my part to get this resolved.Update: Despite an initial phone call from Brian Mukhin apologizing for the issue and assuring me that Audi Bethesda would purchase and install the missing part, I am disappointed to report that there has been a complete lack of follow-up. After the call, I sent three emails seeking clarification and resolution, but received no response. This level of unresponsiveness further highlights the dealership's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction.I recently had a disappointing experience with Audi Bethesda that has left me feeling misled and frustrated.During the leasing process, I specifically asked about the presence of real exhaust tips on the car, and I was assured with a physical inspection that they were indeed present.However, after signing a three year lease and upon taking delivery of the vehicle, it became evident that this information was dishonest. Not only that, but their proposed solution was to charge me an additional fee to have them installed.This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. As a loyal customer who recently made another purchase from Audi Bethesda, I expected better. I hope they take this feedback seriously and rectify the situation for future customers.
