BUG INFESTED. Updating this review a year later. It's a shame management doesn't care, but bugs in the hallways and in your apartment is going to be commonplace anytime during the summer. It's really bad.
The building is really falling apart and it's only seeming to get worse. If you plan to be here a while, I would change that plan

I love living here, the staff is very nice and attentive, things get fixed quickly, the NEIGHBORS are very friendly and polite, this is a very quiet and excellently located apartment complex near to Bethesda Row and Wisconsin Avenue, you cannot beat it. Love it here!

Worst place in the Bethesda area. Management is not accommodating, the apartments are falling apart and the place has bugs and rats.

Very unprofessional leasing staff. Jacob is very unprofessional and I regret signing another lease in this building because they clearly do not care about the tenants. I was speaking to Jacob calmly on the phone, and he spoke over me, I couldn't even get a word in even though I kept saying "excuse me, you're talking over me" multiple times. He's very rude and doesn't know what he's doing or talking about. They refused to show me an apartment that I'm moving into down the hall and also aren't giving me a copy of the floor plans. I wish I could get out of this lease now because I didn't realize they were this predatory towards loyal tenants who pay rent on time. I've never given them any issues and I used to trust them to do what's best for the community but it's clear that they do not care. Don't move here or give them any money no matter how sweet they may seem at first.

This apartment does not have smoke-free policies, which is dangerous. There are people with chronic diseases who would be very much harmed even with a "little" smoke exposure. The customer service was alright.

I had a cockroach infestation for the entire two years I lived here, people smoke indoors, and you will hear everything in the units surrounding you, they will nickle and dime when you move out, you can't turn the heat off if it gets too warm, they allowed the person living above me to have a treadmill and squat rack in their unit, the washing machines were always broken, and my unit was dirty when I moved in

Slumlords, mold infested units. They gave my keys out to contractors for make ready for next tenants 3 days before my lease was up. The contractors threw all my belongings on the floor and stole my $700 vacuum and they have not reimbursed me for their mistake. I filed police report and the detective told me it was their fault and they are responsible . They also ignored my mold issue which I became extremely ill for months. I spent thousands of dollars to find out my unit had mold. After I told them they ignored me and leased the unit out to a unsuspecting tenant . Taking legal action for all the above

Very unorganized leasing office from the start. I applied through a link and it turned out that apartment was not even available but they sure took my deposit and application fee.I applied in October and kept getting the run around about about fees and application. I put down a deposit for an apartment and they still let the current tenants stay. I was moved to a different apartment that I never approved, toured or saw till later. Month after month they kept asking me for something new application wise. When I came to see if I could pick up my keys and sign my lease the lady at the front said she could not help me because my “file” was in her coworkers computer although I showed her a welcome later stating I was approved and had a rental date it. Does she not work in the leasing office too? I haven’t even moved here and I’m already ready to leave. I only give two stars because of the location and because my tours have been pleasant. If you’re looking to move here just keep in mind that they never answer the phone as you can see in other reviews and putting a deposit for a unit does not mean anything because if the current tenant decides to stay the you are left without a place to leave. Beware

I'm almost a year here and would like to say iys a great place with great management. Everyone is on top of their job here ,our apartment 4804 wellington is always clean ..they have a housekeeper who cleans steps ,laundry room ,everywhere and take trash ,to me that's excellent I love clean environment. Please keep up the good work experience making sure our steps ,everywhere is clean and trash is taken away before filling.up.I will not forget Jacob, he's so amazing and very helpful. He made our moving so smooth and easier ,he even cleaned our apartment before we moved in.he such a great person and know how to talk to people .thank you jacob

They've had issues with field mice and cockroaches multiple times in the last 2 years. Management is completely unresponsive and maintenance can't fix anything. On the bright side you can still spend around $1800 a month if that's what you're looking for.

Awful customer service. I am in need of an affordable apartment in the area and the gentleman on the phone clearly didn't want to help. I asked for a tour and the response was, "nothing is available"..they didn't even ask what my desired move in date was and after that it was clear they didn't want or care to assist.

These apartments are a hidden gem in the area in terms of value for rent. A relatively spacious 1BR apartment with utilities included going for well under $2000 a month in rent is IMPOSSIBLE to find around these parts. While there are definitely some downsides (apartments get super hot in the winter because of central heating + I've had some issues with pests), the aldon maintenance staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of business. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who doesn't need a luxury residence and looking for a cost effective apartment with utilities included and ofcourse, SUPERB location
