The three gentlemen were all very polite and professional. They were patient, offered suggestions and tips, and did not treat me like the novice I am. The work was professional, fast, and more than I was expecting. I am very happy with their work, and intend to be a repeat customer.”

“My husband is hands down a Shooters supporter, has been for years. Employees are always welcoming and helpful.I would have love to give 5 stars. However, my biggest challenge and frustration is not having enough 5-6x.sizes. I was told thecompany does not make a lot of the larger sizes and when they do they go fast ( the big guys buy them all at one time) ughhh how frustrating …NEWS FLASH that should tell you the large sizes are in high demand, maybe consider making more of the larger sizes . The big Guys need love too and love supporting just as well as the smaller guys (seems there are always the smaller sizes in stock ). Just a friendly suggestion, give it a test run and offer more of the larger sizers for a few months.Also, maybe offer selling the set as separates. “Listen. This store now deserves a five star rating! I don't know what they were doing before hand, and what not but before hand when you walked in the store smelled like weed customer service was not there, and it was really a burden to come in. I actually started going to other lead stores, especially the one in Pentagon city because this store did not have any hat! The hansel that they did have we're all dusty.Boy have things have changed! The new manager, Thomas is amazing! You could tell that this man really knows about his hat, and he really really really cares! I walked into the store, pleasantly surprised! They had a wide variety of hats, which was awesome, including international hats, Negro, league, hats, and negro league, jerseys!I walked in, expecting the worst, and I literally came out a much happier dude! I walked out with a Negro league jersey, and a Negro league, hat, and love what was done with the new place. Thomas deserves all the recognition for the hard work that he has put in at my local lids store .”

“This is a sports clothing apparel store, not sporting goods. They specialize in hats, but they do have some jerseys and other things. The person at the counter was so helpful and BEAUTIFUL, I almost had to buy something! ? There's a lot of different styles of hats for whatever team you're into, including OFFICIAL LICENCED products. I got an MLB licenced Washington Nationals hat. I'll definitely buy from there again.”

“We were finally at the end of our shoe shopping experience. We ended it in Silver Spring with hope that we would have better luck than the mall stores. We didn't have any better luck, but we did have a better experience.I am not accustomed to seeing stores like this just along a main street setting. I am so used to seeing it in a mall or structured shopping center. But to see it on what is basically a main street through a town was odd. Yes, it is commercial on this street, but It is still a street that feels part of a neighborhood.Even though we were in a well put together store and one that was much larger feeling in size, we did not have any luck in finding the shoes we were looking for. I was happy to see that this location was not as packed as all the other stores we had gone to previously. We actually had room to not only walk about the store, but to browse without being pushed with the sea of people shopping.Customer service was almost non-existent. But we were kind of experts at that point in figuring out what we needed after the day we had had. After a quick check of all the items in house, we made our exit.”

“I want to give a shout out to Liz, Victor and a Black female clerk with short hair who was wearing a camo jacket for their exceptional service (especially Liz and the woman). I ordered a backpack online and picked up on my lunch break. Parking was blocked off in front of the store due to reserved parking by the city. Liz greeted me promptly and had my backpack in seconds, even though the store was very busy for a workday and she and the other main clerk (Black female clerk with short hair wearing a camo jacket) were busy helping other customers. I was in a hurry to get back to work. I did not notice the sensor went off when I left the store. The female clerk and her colleague, Liz, tried to chase me down the sidewalk to get my attention, but I was in a rush. Liz called me and left a message before I got to far so that I would not realize I had the sensor still on when I got home. When I called the store, Victor promptly answered and was incredibly courteous and helpful, telling me that I could go to any store if it was not convenient to come bac to Old Town. Since I live on King Street, I came back. The unnamed female clerk promptly greeted me, explained how she tried to get my attention with Liz and follow me out the store and removed the sensor tag. She was so helpful and friendly. Five stars for customer service and professionalism! I know shoplifting and petty theft at the stores in my neighborhood is rampant from small business owners, so I really appreciate the extra steps the staff at this store took to help me and make sure I did not get home and have a sensor.”
