When I came in there was not sign of the business hours. I thought there was an office in the back but it was the manager house, which again no sign that it’s a private residence. I knocked and the manager came out with an attitude. It make me think if it was a white manager they would have more respect. But no she came out ghetto and with a big attitude. Public storage please high better people. She was very disgusting to a paying customer.

I was very happy and pleased with the customer service that was provided to me by Latrice. She was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The space was clean and she demonstrated how to use the entry gate and the lock to my space. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Latrice!

So far the crowning jewel of this establishment is the customer service. The actual storage facility itself leaves much for improvement just off my first usage, I might not stay at this location due to the storage unit being extremely hot and humid and I don’t want my more vulnerable items like my shoes and TVs damaged and mildewed, today it was 95 degrees outside and it felt better outside then in the storage ! also my storage units lock is not closing properly and I had to leave it unsecured as it was close to closing. It’s a older building so I understand it isn’t going to look excellent but as far as the Temperature there should be AC in there, I’m glad I didn’t place my camera equipment in there or else that would be damaged for sure…
