I was able to get my motorcycle hardware here, I had to come in x2. The elderly lady was a bit rude the first day, but the 2nd time was a lot better. I knocked off a couple ⭐'s because you "HAVE TO" spend OVER $10 to use your CREDIT/DEBIT card, which sucks because I went for a $5 item and ended up spending $15 for other things I technically didn't need but had to spend It to make my purchase.

I love this place! While I hate having the good folks who work here slave over my frequent piddling requests for a matching bolt or two (anyone recall the search for a metric equivalent to a #1 that was 2mm in length?) I always buy my bulk nut and bolt purchases here to compensate. THANK YOU!

I love to be able to give some business to the little guy whenever I can, and this is a great place to get your fasteners and a lot of other things you'll need at the jobsite. I just wish there were more locations. Pricing isn't a big factor, all the similar stores have similar prices, but it's the convenience that matters when I decide where I'm going to go, and unfortunately, it's out of the way to go there sometimes. Other than that, Fasteners inc is awesome.

Came in this morning and received horrible customer service I've been coming here for over 5 years and every time I come here it gets worse and more disappointing there was a heavy set caucasian female that was in the back and when we entered she was talking to us from the back and she acted like she didnt want to help us out bill take my business elsewhere BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
