Usually it's a long wait in line when I use this CVS; but today was the exception. The young man that assisted me was courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. His patience is to be commended. Thank you Treasure for one of the most pleasurable trips to CVS!!

Lines are too long and take too long to get through. Understaffed due to increased demand after Walgreens across the street closed. Staff are kind, if overworked.

Horrible location, like a personal hell to go here and use the pharmacy. So understaffed and they mess up the medications constantly.

I was prescribed an auto-injector, but CVS gave me a syringe instead. This was my first time filling the prescription. When I noticed the error and contacted the pharmacy, I was told to return it for an exchange. The staff did not inform me at the time of pickup that they had substituted the medication due to insurance coverage issues, which was not the case as both forms are covered under my plan and I have called my insurance twice for confirmation. This lack of communication and professionalism is concerning. Patient should be informed of any changes to their prescribed medications as they are the one that will be using it. This is very frustrating.

Came here to get the Covid vaccine. They made me wait for a long time and brought the wrong vaccine. Was giving me bad attitude. Bad pharmacy service.

DO NOT come here, really. Horrible store, horrible customer service, glacially slow checkout line, expect to be aggressively followed around the store.
