I was acknowledged as I walked in and was greeted promptly by a man (He introduced himself as Tom) behind the counter when he finished with his customer. Some places I go to,it seems like the employees want nothing to do with helping the customers.He helped me find the correct wiper blades and because he had time helped me put them on. “i got into a fender bender. a guy crossed into my lane and basically wiped me out while driving my Ford F-150.
the truck, lifted 2021 Black Widow limited edition. i thought of no other place than Caliber Collision.
the team here in Chestertown were kind, attentive, extremely professional and very easy to get ahold of when seeking a status update on my repairs.
when i dropped off the truck it was raining. quick in out super easy quick proceess didnt have to wait long for anything.. they had my paperwork ready(check), the process to get a loaner truck info and where to go(check) approx how long would my truck be in the shop(check) with whom i could reach out to if i had any questions day/night (check). like i said easy easy process.
