Come for the keys, wooded dows, paint, stain, electronics, nails and great customer service and return policy and stay for Sarah (they need to clone her she is product knowledgable, caringing, smart, a real company girl , and hysterically funny).

I visited this place recently and the woman that helped me- Sarah was absolutely fantastic! She was super knowledgeable about every question I had, knew where everything was and she's so sweet, friendly and had amazing customer service. Next time I go I will be making sure I specifically find her for her help again! Thank you, Sarah!

Don't get me wrong this store has been here a long time and I have used this location forever for simple household needs and supplies and I have returned stuff here from time to time always with the original receipt, today I went in to return some Window/air-conditioner foam insulation. And I had the original receipt as well as I bought duct tape as well as the foam stuff which was unopened. I used the Ducttape but did not need the foam stuff so while returning with the original receipt I told the man I do not have a rewards account and do not want one nicely said no thanks and he proceeds to tell me he needs my name and phone number for something that had cost me $7.41 and to return it. First thing is why need my information this time any other time simple returns like this is quick and easy and this man decided to practically profile me then I checked my receipt and the item to make sure the proper change and such was right and he snatched the item trying to grab it like I was going to steal it or something very inappropriate and makes me not want to use the location again as I felt profiled. Thanks for a bad experience with a loyal honest customer. Never again I'll take my business elsewhere after today.

Bought a 1/4 HP Wayne thermoplastic water pump for $99.99. took it home plugged it nothing. Looked on the box says exchange only no refunds. No way that pumps 1050 gallons an hour the inlet hole, to.pump is a size of a nickle. As a veteran of us Army. When the return policy says exchange only. Don't buy! I had to go to another hardware store and bought 1 that works great and the owner of the store said "If it doesn't work. I will give you your money back"!

Usually any store with the Ace name on it provides stellar service with people that are enthusiastic about helping you. However, I just had the worst experience in an Ace store I can remember. I needed something to adhere a piece of rubber stripping to a metal surface. It happened to be on an RV. Before I could even explain exactly what I needed and what it was for, the guy in the store led me to something which was nothing more than silicon in a tube. It was clearly not going to work. When I tried to explain how it needed to hold up under the stress of moving an RV slide across that rubber strip, he basically said he didn’t need any more explanation, this is what I needed. There was no point in arguing with him because he didn’t want to hear it. Maybe this is a one off exchange with a guy who clearly doesn’t get customer service, but it’s going to make me think twice about shopping here again.
