Pharmacy is terrible Techs are lazy pharmacist doesn’t know what they’re doing every time go there. There’s a problem with insurance when I go other places no problem. Unprofessional and rude staff will not do business there any longer.

This pharmacy suuuuuucks. I had to go back 5 times to get my prescriptions. Each time there’s an excuse why they can’t give me certain ones. The hardest one to get they didn’t have in stock so they ordered it and tell me it’ll be in on Thursday. I go on Thursday they say they have it but can’t give it to me because they need to process it. Come back on Sunday and speak with Tori. She says they don’t have it, I explain I was told it was here. She grills me about who said that to me. She walks away and comes back noticeably annoyed and says I have to wait over 30 min because they’re gonna close for lunch soon. At this point I’m frustrated and express how ridiculous this is. She scoffs and walks away, comes back with the script 2 min later (yeah you really needed to put me off till you were done lunch). Tori is super rude and this pharmacy is a joke. Will never send perceptions here again

Have used their photo department to drop off disposable cameras for a while. back in 2021 I had dropped off two cameras at once. Only one came back and they said they didn’t see that another one had been dropped off. I brushed it off thinking I had just lost it, regardless I had lost my claim number. In august of this year I dropped off another camera. Camera is supposed to come back within 14 days. After 14 days my order still said processing and was essentially lost. Walgreens employees were helpful and did try to help me by calling fuji film(who develops the film) a couple times. I asked the one of the employees if there was a tracking number since they ship through fedex. He said his manager forgot to write it down. They gave me to 2 free disposables cameras but still it doesn’t replace memories I had trusted them with and will never get back.

First they were closed on weekends because they couldn’t get a pharmacist to work there and now their computers are down so they cannot do refills. Going on 48 hours. I suffer from complex regional pain syndrome and take a controlled substance for that. I was due for a refill today and cannot get it. They’re insisting my doctor call another Walgreens to fill it but it is late Friday and he is out of town. DO NOT use this store. I am now going into withdrawal and will have to do this at least until Monday when my doctor is back. Walgreens is not interested in helping me solve this problem. The other store seriously said they could only fill it if there were a natural disaster. Going to CVS. Don’t care if they’re not my insurance preferred pharmacy. I prefer reliability.

I am in and out of Walgreens. I can't remember having any kind of problem in any department like the pharmacy, beauty, or photos. It's clean store and the staff will usually offer including when you walk in the storeI have not had a bad experience here since I started going here. I've been a customer since the store opened . Keep up the good work with a smile

I used the pharmacy. When the line started to get long, they opened another service window. There is a drive-thru also. The cashiers were very polite and friendly. The prices are higher than a discount store but moderate. They have a special occasion aisle, and the items drop to 50% once the holiday passes. They have medications, vitamins, cosmetics, photo center, pharmacy, medical appliances, snack and frozen foods small selection, cigarettes, seasonal products, and other small items. Parking is fine, but getting back out on the street is a bit tricky.

I see lots of complaints about the pharmacy. I actually really like the pharmacy staff. It’s actually the people up front that are no good. John? He’s wonderful. Very welcoming. Collin on the other hand.. absolutely not. Attitude galore and snot dripping out of his nose putting my stuff in the bag.

I cannot recommend using the FedEx drop off and pick up facility in this Walgreens. My package was left there instead of delivering it to my house, and I was unable to pick it up because it was on my daughters name, but had my address.The rules are so inflexible that it defeats the purpose of having a convenient place to pick up packages. Very frustrating experience, and I will avoid both the FedEx service and Walgreens in the future.

Came in for a Flu shot and they said I had to go online to schedule an appointment. I did so for the next day at 3. I show up at 2:55 and check in. They take my payment tell me they will be right with me. At 4 PM I still had not been called back. I get up to ask what the delay might be and they said they are busy. I got my money back and suggested they might not set appointments that they can't keep. I understand busy, but 1 hour without any acknowledgement is not good business....I really liked this place before, but now it looks like they are just as bad as the rest...

The new Labcore is amazing, I had help from Tia. She was on top of it all and definitely went out of her way to help. I honestly can say she was amazing. You can’t find help like that anymore!

Pharmacy just needs to just close all together. They close at 6 and I came in at 6:02pm. I could see they were still there, so I asked if I could ask them a question and the pharmacist said I could at 9:30am the next day. Taking my business elsewhere. No compassion what so ever!

I have always had a good experience at this Walmart I use their photo department quite often I picked up prescriptions at their drive-through and they're very accommodating on time they even got me something from the store and brought it to the prescription window for me to purchase so I didn't have to get out of my car and go inside after I had had an operation. Some of the front check out clerks can be a little gruff but many of them are as friendly as can be.

Walgreen’s pharmacy hours have changed to 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. I tried to pick up my prescriptions today 7/12 at 5:30 and decided to go through the drive thru. The pharmacists served every car in front of us but quickly drew the curtain and put up the “closed” sign as soon as we pulled forward. They could not be bothered to tell myself and the people behind me in line that they were closed and were not serving any more customers, even after we pressed the call button. We waited a half an hour in line before they closed and could not even pick up the prescription we were waiting for. I understand the pharmacy is short staffed but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere that have better availability.
