I am a business owner and Verizon customer. After an update my messaging would not sync between my laptop and phone. May not seem like a big deal but it was costing business. Totally frustrated, I went into the store today. I was greeted immediately by Rob Simpkins who immediately went to work and in short order he solved my issues. Great service and with a smile. Thank you Rob!

Ray did a great job for me.im a new customer from that T company. He explained everything about the phone, plans, and extras. He did the data transfer and made sure everything was done before I left. It was a very busy day with lost of customers, but he took the time to do everything that was needed as well as dealing with other customers needs. Very hard worker! I have no complaints as the transition was very smooth. With the service I had, you’ve gained my respect and I look forward to a very long relationship with Verizon.

I had an absolutely exceptional customer service experience with Ray and Rob at the Chester Verizon.
My phone decided to randomly freeze up around 3pm. In a panic I rode up to Verizon hoping it could be resolved quickly, however it was a process. Rob and Ray were both very thorough and did their best to resolve the issue. At one point I was sent back home to access something on my phone on my home WiFi, (out of everyone’s control) Ray walked me through what I needed to do via phone call. Not only that, they stayed open after buisness hours to get my phone set up so I could leave with a working device. I have never experienced such top notch customer service anywhere else and I would recommend Chester Verizon to anyone! If you need anything done with your devices ask for Ray or Rob! I appreciate their help and look forward to doing business with them.

Rob was super professional and very knowledgeable. I’ve now used this store and rob personally with my last two phone purchases and transfers. Can’t recommend them enough. Made the process very smooth.

I brought my mother to the store on fathers day. We were looking for miriam. We were told she was moved to cambriage. They defently should bring her back to help Aaron out on sundays. Best customer service from Aaron W. Anyone that says less taken the time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with Verizon and I’ve been a customer with them for over 16 years. Went to the store to transfer a line from one plan to another and it was an absolute nightmare on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Aaron W was the associate working and has the worst customer service skills I’ve come across is a very long time. Never once greeted anyone who came into the store except the last customer that is. He tried to multitask but just couldn’t handle it and seemed to not be able to handle the work load at all. After waiting for over 4 and a half hours for our turn he then proceeded to have us as the customer call 611 for someone at Verizon to help with the transfer. If we would’ve known that we could’ve saved time and started the process earlier. When my daughter and I voiced our complaints about the entire situation he told us that “we were being emotional”. I’ve been in customer service my entire 35+ working career and have never spoke to someone like that. The entire situation was not handled correctly from the start with Aaron W. It’s poor customer service when he gave more time and attention to the last customer who walked into the store than any of the others that were already in the store. I would also like to know when Verizon allowed customers to drink alcohol in their stores while waiting for service? Is this something new from Verizon or just perhaps this store with this employee? Worst experience ever and makes me want to see what other carriers are offering and see how they treat their customers. Aaron W was one of the least and most unprofessional associate I’ve ever had contact with within your organization.

My daughters phone was having problems. I went there to see about the options she had on our plan. The representative there to assist us was Bella. She was wonderful to work with. She looked into our account and reviewed the options with us. All of our questions and concerns were resolved. We were able to upgrade that day and pay a small fee to do so. I should note this location does not accept cash. I believe she mentioned that there was an ATM within close distance to this store. We decided to stay while the data was transferred. Bella interacted with us throughout our visit. Five stars to this location and the wonderful customer service we received. Easy upgrade and transfer.
