After two stressful weeks of getting the runaround from Verizon customer service and having absolutely no service on my phone, I finally walked into the store—and that’s when I met Britney. She was a total lifesaver! Within minutes, she listened to everything I had been dealing with, stayed patient and kind, and took the time to figure it all out. I left with my phone fully working and feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Britney truly turned a frustrating experience into a great one. I’m so thankful for her help—she deserves all the recognition! 🙌📱

Ray took under 5 minutes to make my phone work again, and explain what was wrong.! Then gave us great options for combining our service, and streaming to save money. To the point! Excellent job Ray! Thank You!!

I went into this Verizon store because i was having some issues with my phone. The store was neat and very presentable! The staff was friendly and amazing! the girl that helped me was Britney, she talked me through everything even shared some of the new promotions that are going on which I’m definitely coming back to upgrade my phone! This is my go to store make sure you ask for Britney she will deliver the best customer service to you!

Isabella was wonderful. When I switched from my other service and went to Verizon, this wonderful young lady was truly wonderful to work with. I am a senior citizen and not that familiar with this technology, and she was calm and truly a pleasure, even while serving other shoppers.

Horrible customer service! Britney gave me a new phone yo replace my broken phone. She asked me to take it home to finish downloading all my information from my broken phone. Britney asked me to drop off the broken phone. I’ve been back to the store five times now. She has either left early or called out. I received a text saying she would be in the store today. I went to the store for the fifth time. I was told she was in back working on the stores sound system and I was asked to come back. She didn’t even come tell me herself. I won’t be returning.

This was a very smooth transaction. Bella did a fabulous job and was very engaged with her clients. She had to deal with Verizon Customer Service on the phone for her other client. She gave Verizon Customer Service the business and really advocated on behalf of her other client. It was a pleasure to overhear it. When you visit this store ask for Bella and pray you don’t need Verizon Customer Service on the phone. P.S. Both of us tipped her on our way out. First time I ever done that at a Verizon store.

I’ve been having a bunch of issues with my phone and Bella one of the employees was helpful and spent time helping me figure out the issues as helping me find solutions to my phone problems. If I ever have issues she’ll definitely be the one I look to for help
