Terrible customer service. They don't leave out slips to fill out before seeing clerk…utterly useless

Bank made error on our Mobile deposit. Called local bank, they were unable to help. said go nline to customer service and file dispute. Wrong information given. You can only dispute debit card , not accounts. Had to call 888 number ,still unresolved
