My family always enjoys shopping here, not just because of the affordable selection, but because the staff is tireless, helpful and consistently has a fantastic attitude.
I’ve been in on weekends and holidays when they are packed and these employees just keep on giving excellent customer service despite the grueling circumstances and vast effort required to manage.
On those same busy days when any intelligent person knows very well it will be a hectic time to shop, we’ve seen adult customers acting ridiculously inappropriate, threatening to steal items and/or leave their money on the counter because they can’t handle waiting a few minutes in line. We even saw a lady in a wheelchair shouting about a 3 minute wait as she intentionally ran over a little girl who was simply getting a few balloons for her birthday.
Kent Island needs to do better, this is a great store with awesome folks doing their best to maintain. In public, behave like the the person you pretend to be in church, children are watching!

The prices have increased to $1.25. This is not surprising based on current economic conditions. Store was a little messy but that's probably due to a shortage of employees. The variety is good. There was a loud argument with a cashier that a customer with a large variety of inappropriate content. It's basically a decent store undergoing the basic distress of many businesses.

This was my first time stopping in to this Dollar Tree. The exterior looked very nice and the elevation looked somewhat new. The interior was not the same; some of the isles were messy and others had stocking carts cluttered in them. The inventory was now as plentiful as is with other Dollar Tree sites I've been to. Some racks were completely empty. The frozen food refrigerator was labeled "Out of Order". The young lady working the register was not the friendliest person either.

I mean, it's a Dollar tree.The staff are friendly, it has what you would expect a Dollar tree would have in it, some things are very much so worth that the price, some things are not at all with the price.

Good Quilty,all at one $ !.,great selection.they sent a 1 time Oct 10 4 10% off on a $20.00 purchase,they tried to process it,only go $.20 off held up a 6 person line for nothing!up setting to say the least.corp should instruct them on what's going on .

I was not greeted when I got to the Register as the cashier was to busy talking and laughing on her phone while wearing earbuds. She continued her conversation while checking me out, after she finished ringing me up she never gave me a total, I had to ask TWICE what the total was.She then gave me the total, I paid and at that time, while still talking and laughing in the phone she told me to "have a nice day".So much for "Customer Service"!!
