Haven’t been here yet, but a going to be in Grasonville tomorrow with an 8 hour wait while y kitty gets spayed. Thought I’d get my car WASHED while was there so was perusing the comments. I think the biggest problem appears to be people going to a car wash and expecting a $299 detail. You get what you pay for people. It’s a car wash and not an auto detailer.

I enjoy the super ride thru, but when it comes to the backwindow spraying with presoak is not the answer. A bucket of soapy water and scrub brush would be a better solution. Cause with most Suv's there's a lip over the back window that restricts the area being cleaned. Every car wash I've been thru misses that section every time.
Disappointing how a high tech car wash misses this area. Simply adjustments of the rinse water jets would solve this I would think.

Exterior was decent. Interior was poor at best. Spending 50 plus dollars is a scam for the level of service. Dust on seats, armor all on partial spots of dash and doors, didn't wipe out the map pockets, didn't vacuum a seat, etc. Why offer services that can't be rendered properly. First and last experience at this location. Was only car there when I arrived. I now understand why.

Filled out the form they sent in reference to the review and literally no contact since. Been weeks. Not sure I expected anything else.

We were long time unlimited users. When AB adopted the "shared garage" promo, we asked multiple times for help understanding how it worked, but we're assured we were ok. Then last week the manager, Mikael, called us liars & told us we were stealing from them. Checking our wash history, we did 5 washes a month. They could have maintained us as customers, but we refuse to be berated by a young man who has no business working with the public. We will take our business elsewhere!

Staff has almost always been friendly in the handful of times I've been here and I've generally been pleased with the result here but today, the wash didn't get the bugs off the front of my truck or even off the windshield and the guy doing the post wash service said they couldn't do anything more about it. Disappointed.**update** Autobell did reach out and offer to re-wash, at no cost, and make sure to take care of the bugs. I took it by and they were good to their word and made the truck a lot less buggy. Not sure why the first guy didn't want to address it, but they certainly did when I brought it back to them.
