“In June 2020, my engine light came on and the car ran rough. I live in Jersey but vacation in Earleville. I was afraid to drive it home so I dropped my car off at Bill's with a note. He ended up changing a few coils and spark plugs and a decent rate as well. Besides being a good mechanic, Bill seems like a really good guy. I would recommend him to anyone that needed work on their cars.”

“I love this store except the prices but it’s convenient for me to just grab something to eat and just go. Every time I go into the store I see Holly she is always smiling and in a great mood I’ve never saw her in a bad mood not even once. I know she saw me in a bad mood a time or to Lol but that’s besides the point. Holly needs a raise I’ve saw her handle difficult people in the store and she doesn’t let it get to her she’s still smiling and handles them with patience and grace and no I wasn’t paid to write this review but let me find out who was cause i would like my money Lol.”

“I highly recommend friendly auto shop, hasan was so nice , we were traveling from ny to Mississippi and we got stranded in Delaware couple of miles from his shop bc of the starter the car was not turning on, we went there in a tow truck and hasan order the piece we waited a little and got it fixed in like 15 min and charged me a fair price for a great job and he also put coolant/ and air on the tires without me asking he also made sure I was ready for that 15 hour trip thank you hasan your friends Angie and Wilson from ny”

“We made a pit stop here for the restrooms and gas. There was a line for the women's restroom that had 2 stalls but the line moved quickly. The stalls weren't to bad just lots of paper on the floor. It was not smelly or dirty.We ordered sandwiches and they messed up on one of the hoagies but corrected it immediately. The elder cashier was so nice. He greeted everyone cheerfullly.”

“The owners are really kind. I was closing and my car literally stopped in front of their place. The owner was leaving, and everything was closed. The mechanic wasn't their either. He helped fix my car while I was visiting the area with my family around 11 pm. It took a good 2 hours to fix but he helped fix it. He made sure we would be able to get home safe. Great place and service!”

“I returned a uhaul truck here recently, and had a good experience. The guy saw me as I was gassing it up to return it. He came out, greeted me, smiled, and handed me some paperwork and parked the truck for me. I went in and paid, easy as pie. This was at 930pm on a Sunday. Other truck places I've dealt with get salty when you want to return a truck late in the day, but these guys were sweet as pie. These guys are head and shoulders above their competitors.”

“I first went to Super Service Automotive several years ago when they had their much smaller shop on Peterson Rd (before everyone learned how great they are). I dropped in without an appt on my way to work at my husband’s suggestion (he already had positive experiences there) bc my brakes suddenly started making a really terrible sound. They took a quick look and immediately discovered a safety issue. They were able to put me in a free loaner as I continued on to work and they did the repair promptly and fairly priced. Nick and his team are professional, knowledgeable, very communicative and trustworthy. They have serviced both of our family’s vehicles and it’s a relief that we know who to call when something goes wrong. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance”
