The teller seemed to be new and made a mistake with my transaction. The supervisor walked away before the transaction was completed successfully. Poor customer service.

My bank card was locked. I went to the bank to deal with .this women the manager was very rude and treated me as a thief. I gave her a bank card and ID, but it didn't work, and asked me to provide other documents. She didn't help me handle it and kicked me out.

After you pay the lobby atm fee for $20bills they won't give you a $100bill at the counter unless you have an account. The guy behind the counter just gives you a weird smile and says he can't do it for some company reason.
