“I’ve only used the pharmacy a few times, but I always got good, respectful friendly service. Sometimes retail businesses get a little overwhelmed and in a pharmacy, the phone is always ringing, people have questions, sometimes there are insurance hassles, sometimes there’s 10 people in line. Be patient and friendly yourselves people. I recently waited 15 minutes in a McDonalds drive up for a $2.55 ice tea and there were six cars in front of me!”

“I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the Dunkirk store. I shopped at Safeway for many years and finally got fed up with their low quality. I shop weekly for my family and groceries are a big deal. Ever since I switched to this store, I’ve been so happy. Everything is fresh !! Meat, produce etc. everything is clean and well within date. The team that shops and delivers to your car is phenomenal. Thank you to all the employees that put in the hard work to have a store with these type of standards!!”
“Only reason there's not 5 is their self checkouts are buggy. The produce department here is where I go when I don't have the farm stand. All winter long it stays fresh and looks great. Smaller but good looking meat department as well.”

PJ remembers my name and even my dogs name (he gets rx there too) she's always so friendly and very helpful. My insurance prefers me to go to CVS but I am going to stay loyal to PJ.”

“Absolutely love this pharmacy. They take very good care of their patrons. I do think they tend to be undermanned at times, but they make the best of it. Anytime we've needed special assistance with a medication, or a doctor messed something up that could have otherwise been life-threatening, they were always there to work with us while the doctors got their act together. I can't say enough good things about the owner and her staff!”

“We've never had any atrocious experiences. There's been a couple super transient assistants, not worth a nickel, that left quick enough fortunately. Pharmacist gents are professional, knowledgeable, and help out when they can and, best of all, they seem to remember you fairly well. Never a problem asking questions and getting answers.”
