Bad management, no power, no cleats. Bad attitude. Especially when coming in to to take refuge during a storm.

Lots of empty slips and and docks are in very rough shape. Cottage rentals look nice but beach is under repair so not very appealing.

Limited amenities for the cost of slip. Super nice staff ? 3 star joint
