This is basically for locals only. They were going to charge us $24 for two people to be in the park for 30 minutes till it closed. ??? I guess that's the rules but jeez. Looks cool though from what I could see from the parking lot.

Small but lovely calm beach. Outside showers and foot showers. Bathrooms and table benches. Limited shade. Loved it. Quick day trip visit from DC.

I didn't like it, it's super expensive, it's not a beach to charge that amount, the water smells like a sewer and there was a lot of jelly fish.they charge 20 dollars per person.

Nice boardwalk to take a stroller and relax. The beach is typical for the area darker water, not so white sand. There is no cost to walk the boardwalk, but there is a fee to get on the beach. Bathrooms and shower off areas are close by, and there's paid street parking as well as a parking lot. There are restaurants in walking distance, including ice cream shops. There's a food truck that sells everything, including great snow cones.Restrooms: Located just before you enter onto the boardwalk.Dog-friendliness: Folks were walking their dogs.

Had a great time at Breezy Point! The flies love it too! Spray your area before cooking and take citronella candles--lots of them!

So I took my family today to Breezy Point Beach and beware there is a lot of Jelly fish which cause us to be fearful of going into the water. And when we did go in the water I got stung twice and my kids complained about getting stung too.! Also it's pretty pricey on the weekend.! For a family of 6 .. 2 adults .. 4 kids it was $88. I won't be returning to this location again!. The sand isn't super soft neither. Pretty rocky. And there is a sign of no pets allowed... no loud music... no alcohol.. no smoking. Etc.

It’s a nice spot for fishing or going to the beach with family… BUT if you’re out of county it is VERY expensive for no reason. It’s not like it’s an out-of-this-world beautiful place or anything.

Cool beach, the baby jellyfish is the only bummer, aside from that it's a nice place to bring the FAM & grill . They charge at the entrance .

Had a lovely time here with my big family today! We got there early and all of the traffic directors, money takers, and parking attendants were SO nice. We set up, and had more than enough room. We had fun on the shore playing in the waves and on the sand! There were Jellyfish in the water so it wasn't the best place for a swim but that was the worst part! Parking is close, bathrooms are pretty close if you choose, and the beach is pretty clean! We used to visit when I was little, and I am glad we went back to make new memories!

Good for a family day trip. Easy to find and plenty of space. There are plenty of areas to set up for grilling and eating. The sand is a bit rocky, and they had many jellyfish and bees.Playground: Nice big play area for kids.Picnic area: Several tables and grills can be utilized on 1st cone 1sr serve basis.

So beautiful, peaceful, calm beach. Not too much people, with no waves, clean water, picnic areas, restrooms and public showers. We payed 36$ total for 3 adults. It is just 1 hour drive from Alexandria. But the main disadvantage is Jellyfish :( and net doesn't help...If this issue could be solve - this place would be just perfect!

They charge $20 per adult on weekends for a beach that it's not big enough and has poor amenity quality. Like the restrooms were a mess. There is no lifeguard and no one enforcing the no alcohol or somikig rules.

It's a really fun place to be in and have fun, there has been no problems for me that occured. This is my childhood beach and i visited today in the morning and it felt so nostalgic.
