“USPS always gets roasted but honestly gotta give credit when it’s good. Clerk #13 (yeah that’s literally what the receipt says instead of a name lol) was amazing. Such good vibes, super sweet and actually made the whole trip feel chill. If every visit was like this I’d leave 5 stars every time!!”
“I have shipped over 50,000 packages with this post office and never had any shipping issues on their end. Most packages have shipped out on time. Friendly and helpful staff, will get you taken care of.”

“I like this post office. The lady who works there is very nice, I have never had any mail lost and there is seldom a long line. I also like the selection of greeting cards that they have for sale. I noticed several negative reviews and I felt that I had to add a positive one because my experience here has always been positive. I hope yours will be too. Thanks.”

“For me I had a good experience at this location compared to the Post Office road location. I was greeted when I walked in and staff seemed eager to help without an attitude.”
“Overall, the staff has always been friendly and cooperative. I have lived in Clinton for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience there. The one exception is sometimes there is a very long line - some days are busier than others!”

“I give 5 stars! The staff really works hard there to make sure your mail is safe and delivered. So all the negative comments on here is not true. I've been dealing with this post office for over 20 years. Give them a break!!!! Especially in a time like this...Anyway be safe and be well EVERYONE!PEACE, LOVE & HAPPINESS...GOD BLESS EVERYONE!!!!”
“Great and quick service. Almost never has a line. All the staff are hard working and friendly. Seems like all the bad reviews are from 3-5 years ago so Im assuming the staff was terrible back then.”
“We came here for a money order and the young woman that was working the counter had it ready for us super fast, tucked away in a little envelope. She was patiently helping an older woman pack her box when I came in who was struggling with getting the most bang for her buck out of a prepaid mailer. I think she might have been the only person working, they're probably super understaffed. She was on her stuff and got me in and out of there quick before going back to helping pack the box. It's a really small post office tho so have patience if you roll in there over lunch time or something, if it gets busy they probably don't have a lot of bandwidth.”
“I had an issue with my mail and Tia helped me resolve the issue. She was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. She was very pleasant and refreshing to speak with.”
“When my box was an awkward size that would have been very expensive to ship, the lovely lady up front went through all the boxes in the back looking for the right sized one for what I was shipping (while helping other customers on a Saturday morning) and helped me get the cost down and my niece's present out the door. Thank you!!”
“This review is for Walter’s consistent excellent service. We visited today again and he made sure we had everything we needed and were treated with warmth and care.”
“I don’t care what yall say, it’s always an entertaining time when I step into to this location. You walk through the doors and **SHOWTIME**. It’s like entering a portal - on the other side, everyone gives everyone else a hard time for no reason. It gets extra, every time. And every time, I find myself literally and genuinely laughing out loud. It’s comedy. And it’s rich. I can see both sides of the glass’ points of view, though. The postal system, as a whole is an impeccable system, of which I’m grateful for and impressed by… but, it’s not perfect, especially when you factor in the human touch, weather, and other occurrences. (So, when things go unexpectedly, of course, the front line gets the brute of the complaints and attitudes). On the flip side, the attitudes brought to the workers at THIS location is next level. Y’all go off! As if you expect the employees to 1. just sit there and take it and 2. make magic happen. Why/ how could they? Thus, the back and forth begins and the hilarity ensues. The workers never really care/ can’t do anything about whatever the issue is. And the clap backs are *chefs kiss* All the while, the customers just project onto them… yelling just to make themselves feel better. And to be heard, of course… (hint: def not the healthy way to express disappointment and anger). It’s all so very pointless and immature. Oh, and the commentary from the audience is always funny as hell because we are TIRED out here and don’t have time for this… lmao. So you can imagine the hilarious things being said (LOVE my people ✊??) Yea, it’s unfortunate that it’s like this and idk why this location is so unique (sure, that’s the word) but… it could be much worse. Seriously. Regardless, I’m grateful that this post office exists. And thanks to the lovely ladies behind the glass; I know it’s tiring and awful sometimes but I’m grateful for y’all clocking in.”
“Robin and Ashley are fantastic! I love these ladies. They make mailing packages a pleasure. Ashley has gone above and beyond to help me out before. Hands down the best post office I've ever been to!”
