Great little post office hidden from most of the world. Glad they are still open. I wish they had longer hours and were open until 5pm each day. Friendly staff.

Concur with many others - the staff is courteous, efficient, and friendly to everyone, not just the locals. They take time to answer questions and are far more helpful and attentive than I've encountered in other post offices in the area. Kudos to the team.

Okay, what once was a one star is now a five. Sue at Chase, MD USPS branch is probably one of the most dedicated public servants alive. I had a priority express parcel put in a mixed bag and temporarily lost at a distribution center. Sue and staff corrected the error and made sure that they found my parcel. Now it was much later but the cost was completely refunded and they put it on a plane as soon as they found it. Louis DeJoy is to blame for taxing the civil servants at the ground level doing the work but only able to do so much. These people are doing a hard job in a harder time. The person who misplaced my parcel was apologetic and took the mistake to heart, but I don’t blame her, either. This is a corrupt PMG trying to collapse this great American institution. Sue is a tribute to how good government can be, even in trying times. They have my thanks.

It is the staff that makes this such a great post office. The location is convenient, but it truly is the employees at the Chase, MD post office that deserve 5 stars!
