“Walgreens is always open during their business hours regardless of staffing. I've ordered online and never had a problem. I don't understand why people give such a low rating. Customer service has always been great. I think some customers just like to complain and are impatient. Especially with pharmacy. Most customers don't understand how a pharmacy works.”
“Sincerely adore this place. They are kind and do fantastic work. The medication box and delivery service have been a massive quality of life increase for me. I won't ever pick up meds from CVS again; the difference in quality in every single aspect of their service is night and day.
Note: This is inside the Medstar facility. The facility has a large parking lot but it is nearly always full. If you cannot walk long distances, I recommend coming with someone who can drop you by the door. While there's ample handicap parking, it is usually full, which is unsurprising given the nature of the facility.”
“After running into many obstacles with trying to get my bed bound 83 year old mother the COVID and flu vaccines, her PCP referred me to High Street Pharmacy. During my initial call to the pharmacy, I spoke with Dipen and he reassured me that she would be able to get the vaccines. He contacted her insurance company and then we made arrangements for him to come to our home to administer the vaccines to my mother.This in-home service is awesome!”

“My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy by my Doctor and my face was swollen on one side I was disorientated because my blood pressure was high. The Pharmacist told me to drive around the Pharmacy building and rejoin the line, and within 10 minutes I received my medication. This was an act of kindness and also going above and beyond. The Pharmacist probably saved me from a stroke or worse. Thank you for your help. I truly appreciate it!”

“Always have a good experience when visiting the store. Staff is friendly and they always have what I need. Lines at pharmacy started getting long after locations closed, but they are doing well. I like the store. It’s always clean and welcoming.”
“Busy location with a hardworking staff. I scheduled a covid vax but since the CVS app didn't offer a choice (moderna or pfizer), I cancelled the visit when just one was offered. The pharmacist was polite and professional the entire time when the pharmacy was quite busy.”
