It cost me $50.00 to have to 8 pair of pants pressed, not cleaned, just pressed. I was floored when she told me the price. Needless to say, I will never go back.

I called to ask if they could get set in blood out of a mattress protector. I was told yes and to bring it in. I brought it in, and they made me pay before picking it up. I went to pick it up and the blood was still there. I would have told them to try again to fix it, but I was in the middle of moving and didn’t have time. I won’t be going back and will try a different cleaners next time.

I’ve been using Colonial Cleaners for several years now with no regrets. The biggest advantage for me is their location that allows to have first class dry cleaning with going all the way into Waldorf. Their customer service and quality of dry cleaning is outstanding and the owner is very nice and polite and remembers my name no matter how long in between my visits. Kudos to Colonial Cleaners, this is why I’m giving them the highest rating!!!!

I was hesitant to take my very expensive wedding dress to a dry cleaners’ for alterations but I was not disappointed with the service that I received. While she is a bit hard to understand (thick accent) she is an absolutely gifted seamstress. I will definitely be going back here whenever I need any alterations or cleanings in the future.

I took a men's suit and dress shirt in to be dry cleaned. It was over a year ago, and my husband just went to put the suit on and discovered it was the wrong items. I took it back only to have the woman try to blame it all on me. No compensation, no offer of anything. I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone not to trust her.
