“Had an unexpected visit to Auto Zone on Sunday Oct 29 in Charlotte Hall. Was greeted by a very nice, friendly, eager to assist young man by the name of Jaydon. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge, patience, professionalism, and understanding of my concern. Once I realized I actually bought my battery from advance auto parts and not auto zone, meeting Jaydon truly made me feel I was in the right place at the right time. Jaydon, you are appreciated!!!
