American Home Shield immediately connected us with Bill's company after placing a service request for our refrigerator that was making a weird motor sound and not cooling on Sunday. I received a call from Naomi, the receptionist, on Monday. She was extremely kind and helpful with setting up our appointment for Wednesday. Of course after making the appointment, the fridge decided to work again... However, on Wednesday, Bill called when he was on his way and came by in the time frame given to us. He assessed our fridge thoroughly and found no issues but said we have 30 days to call him back if the issue happens again with no charge. We're extremely pleased with Bill's service and will be using him in the future if needed!

No stars from me!!! This is the most unprofessional company, I have delt with in a very long time. They have no sense of urgency or how to communicate with customers. Even when you take your car into the shop for repair the mechanic test drives your vehicle. The repair guy comes out (1 week after the call) tells us he needs to order a part for our washer. 2 weeks later he comes out to put the part in, doesn't test the washer, tells me if it doesn't work to call the warranty company, and I won't have to pay the $100 again for him to come back out. Oh guess what the machine still doesn't spin, and he would have know that if he tested it. Call he comes out in 1 week to tell us he has to order another part, I ask is this going to be another 2 weeks, he says no. We get notification in less then 1 week the part was delivered to repair shop (they never called us to schedule appointment). We call and call and call, finally after my husband looses his mind on the woman, whom first said the company was closed and she was the answering service and someone would get back to us next week. He looses his mind on her and guess what we get an appointment for the next day, but with no time and this is now over a month. Oh and they will try to give me a 30 minute window, but if no one is home they will have to reschedule for sometime next week. Just want to know at what point did customer service go to the wayside??? I guess they don't need the business, so don't use them!!!!!

Wonderful family owed business. Quick to service my refrigerator. Prompt service, knowledgeable employee and a good all round experience. We will use them for all future service repairs.

Zero stars. Terribly slow. At least 2 weeks to get anything fixed start to finish. Never have any standard pets on the truck. While the repairman is polite, the woman answering the phone would rather be anywhere else and she lets you know it.

This company is terrible. I set up an appointment through American Home Shield home warranty and paid my $75 deductible. Vandervort set an appointment with me with a Friday arrival. I scheduled to be off work. They showed up on Thursday when I was AT work and left a note on my door. I called them back and spoke with an older woman. She was very impolite. She did say she would "send them back out". They never showed up and notified the warranty company that the job was completed! STAY AWAY!
