This is the worst store I have ever been to. The pharmacy and photo staff are all rude, lazy, and incompetent and the manager sucks too for not doing anything about it. These clowns always keep my medication from me and treat me like a criminal for holding them accountable. The medication in question is birth control that I take to keep myself from hemorrhaging like the rest of the women in my family have. They've been bullying this entire town for too long and we all need go work together to mass boycott this business and get it shut down permanently. Please do your part in this and spread the word around. Let's rid Centreville of this sh*tstain of a business.

This is the worst pharmacy ever do not come here to fill your prescriptions ever. They will not let you know if they have your medicine in stock. Also the pharmacist will not get your prescription even if it's close to closing they don't give a s*** if you really need your medicine so you go home and suffer.

They do everything possible to avoid dealing with customers. I needed to speak with the pharmacist about a major issue I had with my prescription. I called on a Friday at 4:30 PM and was on hold for over 45 minutes before I was hung up on. I finally got through to a pharmacy staff member at 5:45 PM who told me they were about to close and she couldn't help me so I needed to call at 9 AM the following morning. I tried calling from 9:30 to 11:30 the next morning only to receive a pre-recorded message saying the pharmacy is closed. When I go to their website to check on my prescription status, more often than not, the site says their system is temporarily down. This Walgreens- along with certain others - had completely inefficient and uncaring staff. Do yourself a big favor and GO TO ANY PHARMACY BESIDES THIS ONE.

I came into the store and when I was in line one of there employees said code 70 what ever that’s means don’t know but a manager name jack O lean said yeah I no what you said that’s not important right now I could not believe how rude she was to her own people that work there

I'm mad because they don't sell tiaras and I really wanted a tiara so I'm kind of upset but it's okay because I found one at dollar general.

Best pharmacy I've been to. Went to one on KI and they lost my prescription a few days after they had it literally in front of my face but I didn't have my insurance car with me. I've never had any issues with the one in Centreville and the staff is generally very friendly and helpful!

Fabulous customer service on the floor & in photos. There's one pharmacy tech that could use some help with her ppl skills. Luckily I haven't had to deal with her in a while.

I've picked up medicine from this pharmacy many many times and they are usually my go to. Although this morning I drove to pick up my prescription which should of had a refill and also considering they called me twice to say my RX was ready. I explained to the lady I was on my way and their automated system said it would be ready after 11. I kindly asked that i didn't know and needed them now and I wouldn't mind waiting. That's when rudeness struck in and she said “well you can't wait in the drive thru!†“Um okayyyy that's fine, I'll wait in the parking lot†and Then I was told That i actually didn't have refills on my medication, which makes no sense that their automated system said it was ready for pick up twice. They need to work on their customer service and how they speak with patrons or at least update the calling system to not inform people of wrong information regarding their medicine.

I recently just moved to Centreville and switched over my prescriptions to this location. I have been more than happy with the customer service I've received. I receive a text message alert as soon as my prescription is ready for pick up. They always seem to fill them much faster than expected.
