Horrible! They don’t answer calls and leave you on hold over 30min and the by 35min or so the system disconnects you. Horrible! I’m also writing to corporate this is absolutely horrible service.

Lady at the front counter is extremely rude. Was trying to do a Western Union pickup and got nothing but attitude and treated like a second class citizen. She needs remedial training her to be let go. Terrible service.
