I’ve always shopped at the Catonsville Walgreens and had no issues till lately. There’s , I guess a Manager there. When you walk in he is always loud and will say things like Stay positive, Stay blessed. And I thought wow!! What a positive person. Well, that’s an act. He had to unlock the Tide for me and was soooo rude!!! He told me I had to bend down and pick it up because he would not do it. What happened, Mr. Positive? I’ve been in after that and he talks about customer infont of other customers and is so unprofessional. I went in there tonight and he’s standing there with another cashier. The line was very long but he didn’t open another register. He’s still yelling at customers as they walk in Stay Positive he blessed. When it was my turn . I asked why my coupon didn’t go threw and it was a big fuss. And he’s making fun of me infront of the other cashier. Now, she’s laughing and I just want to leave at this point. Mr. Positive didn’t give me my dollar off and he has cost Walgreens a loyal customer. So, Walgreens stay positive and blessed while you have a immature manager running your store. And I have spent a lot of money at Walgreens but refuse to go there again

The cashier lied about including a coupon and then gave me my cash back AFTER she told me to put my CREDIT card in. All I had to do was use a GIFT card and give her cents in COINS. It did not go that way. Some of the customers were rude too. I'm capable of being patient but no one can't do the same for me. That's not my fault. People take more time than I do and others are patient with them. Excuse you to those who spoke over me while I tried to solve my problem that this cashier caused.

Worst Walgreens experience ever. If only there Managers received the same training as Corporate staff in conflict resolution/customer service, this would be a 5 star rating. The manager Christine verified that the medicine I wanted to purchase was marked as 50%off. She asked if I read the sign and then she went back to confirm and pointed out to me that the bar code numbers were different, but the medicine description was accurate. I explained that my job is not to compare bar code numbers and asked her to honor the advertised price, which she refused. I asked for corporates number and the rep I spoke to agreed, apologized for my experience and corrected the situation so that I could purchase my medicine. Something the manager could have and should have done. Please be aware of the attitudes of the employees you hire for your establishment, it makes a difference.

Desperately needed my medicine, had it sent here, hours later i called to ask if it was ready, they said “Oh yeah thats not in stock here”. They said they couldn’t transfer it and to call my doctor. Doctors office is closed. They didn’t bother to call me OR my doctor, now I will be without my medicine. This isn't the first time I’ve had issues with this pharmacy.

Absolutely rude “one of the team leaders” as the cashier called this Walgreens employee; shame on Walgreens for failing to provide this disgruntled employee proper training to provide customer service.

The staff here gets to choose what the price is for the things they are buying. I just watched a customer in front of me lean over the counter and push the buttons for the price she wanted to pay for her items. She saw me shaking my head at what she was doing and she looked at me and said “I work here”. I said it must be nice to be able to make up your own prices for something you’re buying. SMH

Worst walgreens pharmacy. Very rude and the only one I know that closes at 530pm and not open weekends. It's better to take your prescriptions to the one 6 minutes up the street. Bad experiment at this one

Changing from this pharmacy. Incompetence at peak, customer service non existing. 5 hours delay due to insurance issue for an eye drop. Insurance said no issues at all. Called and was placed in 30 min hold. Went there and was told now that no issues, we are just busy? To wait 20 min and they will have it ready. 20 min later they text me that Rx not ready while I am still sitting there. Called different pharmacy and had the Rx pulled. 5 min later received called for pickup
