Ver unprofessional. Had an appointment for my 11y/o 7/22 @ 4:30. Got to the catonsville location and they told me I scheduled for Ellicott city. Got to Ellicott city and the Ellicott city location told me that the catonsville location must not know their store number because my appointmentwas with them. I called Catonsville location while I was on my was back there and said someone still needs to see my child being that this mix-up was on them. At this point we are a few minutes late from the back and forth. Catonsville told me that the eye doc had just left. Surprised this location has been in business this long. Bad reputation even from word of mouth.

I am a long time customer of this location and I absolutely love it here! The staff is always amazing- very professional, compassionate, and attentive. They explain every thing and make the process seamless.

Dr. Ali was awesome. She communicated well and was thorough. Having gone for an eye exam for license renewal, I felt as if the doctor went above and beyond. I'll definitely be recommending Dr. Ali to others. Front staff was welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a short wait time and a great overall experience.

The optometrist was late with the exams, went to talk about the picture of the eyes that were not mine, thus wasting even more of my time. The lenses were off, had to redo it, when I came back and asked to fix my second pair(I got two), the associate was acting like she was very unhappy to fix the issue, and told me that they didn’t change anything with my lenses. Told me that she was trying to give me an advice, which was completely irrelevant. And by the way, they work on commissions, at least definitely in the past. And apparently I wasn’t the only one with issues, there was a man waiting, who also had a similar problem, and he wasn’t rude, actually nice, but the associates didn’t treat him properly, like they didn’t want to deal with his issue.

My experience at this VisionWorks in Catonsville was amazing. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming and they were also really helpful and made sure I was well taken care of which I genuinely appreciated. Dr. Maria Pham was the optometrist and she was incredible. She explained everything easily and made me very comfortable and eased my anxieties. The wait times and procedures itself were not long and they were very easy as well. I will definitely be coming here every time and I cannot recommend it enough!

It’s quick and easy to get and cancel appointments, staff is always pleasant and welcoming. There’s no long wait time it’s basically a in and out situation. 30 minutes tops

I just came back from the Visionworks in Catonsville. My appointment was yesterday. The wait was not long at all. I was waited on as soon as I walked through the door. Got my eyes examined and Wanda E. The retail supervisor was great. She helped me pick out my glasses. I ended up coming back today with some frames that l had for awhile and had a hard time finding a place that would use the frames I already had. Wanda worked it out SMH. She made it happen - I ended up getting 3 pair of glasses transitional, computer and reading glasses ? with 50% discounts with my insurance. I really appreciate the service. Thanks you Wanda and thanks Visionworks. VB - a very satisfied customer.
