I came into the store 15 minutes before 8pm. Chris (customer service agent) was very unpleasant. There were multiple agents in the back. Only 1 customer in store.
He said there is no way he can answer any questions at this point and told me to go to the Ellicott City store.

The staff does not care about the order of lines. It’s all about Sales. I had a terrible experience there. I would recommend you to go to other Verizon because the staff here is rude and will make you wait hours.

Great interaction from the time I walked into the store. I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. She took her time to understand my needs and was informative. Suggested devices for me as well as gave me a free iPad with my purchase which my daughter is extremely excited about. Thank you Verizon (Catonsville) you Ladies were amazing! Looking forward to coming back again

Their service to different services differs. My prepaid service is never good but when I was with postpaid it was good. Talking to the customer service they said prepaid service has limitations

I got the I phone last week. so many things I don't know how to use because I had samsung galaxy all the time. I can not sign in Apple Account so few days later I stop by again but he keep say that is between Apple and me not Verizon. no help from him, by that time another employee Annricka Lotz came to me very kindly set up the phone everything what I need really quick. So I had bad and good experience same time, same store. whenever I get new products, I need after service specially old people who retired like me. I am long time version customer even version fios internet, cable. Annricka was best helf with very good manner. I wish all version employee like her. I used company owner with many employee before retired so I know what customer want it. Thanks again Annricka. Good job

Excellent for the two new phones lines but the phones older phones experienced many small technical issues. My internet signal is horrible for home. Customer service is excellent and they help me stay connected. Thank you!!

The management and staff at this store are top notch. I’ve been dealing with this particular store since it was run by Bell Atlantic with the same quality of service that you would expect from a reputable company. All told in a word, excellent.

I had serious issues with my phone and the Verizon online tech service didn't help much. I came to this store three days in a row and Lawrence spent over an hour with me each day helping me figure out what the problem was. Eventually, after the second attempt to get Verizon to send me another phone replacement, we got everything to work correctly.
