The customer service was great but the quality of the mattress and boxspring are poor. The boxspring squeaks and the mattress indentation makes you conclude the mattress was well used. Also, I purchased a firm mattress and it is not.

David came highly recommended! He was super knowledgeable and allowed us to find a comfortable mattress and box spring for a reasonable price. AND, when we realized that we did not need the box spring after it was delivered, Joe was able to work with us to return the box spring in exchange for a different product that we could actually use. Thanks, Joe and David! We are very happy with the experience overall!

The experience at mattress connection was great, I went in to purchase a box spring for my bed and the sales person David help me and was straightforward of what I was looking for , thank you David for the help I highly recommend people to go here, I definitely will be back.

The salesman was unwelcoming.. he did not provide helpful guidance when I asked questions, instead I was met with sarcasm and bad vibes.. I guess he didn’t think I was a serious customer… there are other options in the area with much better customer service

Me and my mother came in for a new bed for her and we were trying all the gorgeous beds until she found the right one. David was very kind and sweet! He is an amazing sales person. Thank you David for the amazing time we had. I will be back to get my king bed for my future apartment!

I basically lucked into this place, and I couldn't be more grateful. David went WAY about and beyond even my highest hopes.I live out of town -- my mother lives in a retirement community in Catonsville. I was visiting for a few days and realized that my mother needed a new mattress. I wanted to have it delivered while I was there so I could get her situated. I called and got David on the phone. He recommended a high quality mattress that was on sale for a good price. He arranged to have it delivered the next day. The delivery guys came when they said they would, took away the old mattress and put the new one in place. They even put the waterproof encasement and the mattress pad on the bed.My mother has a bad back and some mobility issues. The new mattress was super comfortable, but just a little bit thicker than her previous one. This made it more difficult for her to get into bed. I called David the next day to seek a solution. He suggested a lower profile foundation. He had one in stock. Because it was a safety issue, David moved heaven and earth to get the new foundation to my mother quickly.I had to leave before the foundation could be delivered (although it was just a day later). David and the manager of the Frederick store personally took the new foundation to my mother's home. When they were finished putting everything in place, David took the time to call me, told me that they had even made my mother's bed, and told me she was lovely.Honestly, I cannot imagine kinder, more effective service. Thank you!

David was helpful, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. I was not looking forward to mattress shopping. But, this was a nice experience. We left to get lunch. When we returned, he remembered our names! Delivery next day.

The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL! I bought a King Size mattress from these guys, and when I tell you he has the BEST mattresses in town, at the BEST prices, I am not kidding. Not only that, they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. David has a great spirit. BUY your mattresses from here!

The customer service here is awesome! We needed to connect a headboard to a bed frame. We went to Mattress Firm and they quickly and rudely sold us a piece. When that piece didn't work, I called Mattress Connection. David answered the phone and could not have been nicer! He asked me to bring in pictures. Although it wasn't going to be a large sale, he took the time to find the perfect solution I was so impressed with the David's customer service and knowledge. I will definitely go back here and highly recommend them.

It was a surprising pleasure to purchase a mattress here. I was dreading the experience of mattress shopping but fortunately I only had to endure one high pressure sales pitch at another store before I stopped at Mattress Connection. Dave was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and with absolutely no pressure. Plus I got a great deal on a premium Therapedic Sensations queen set. It was delivered two days later and I love it, love it, love it. Highly recommend this store.

I bought a mattress here almost 2 years ago. Even though it was a little pricey, my bed already has a dip. I've never had a mattress before that shows a dip within 2 years......... With this issue, my husband is having trouble sleeping.
