I swiped my credit card to use the cheap car wash that only costs $5 and they charged my card $25. Don't swipe cards that charge more.

Card readers not working. Which is crazy because I'm pretty sure they make more money per person with the card reader because nobody carries cash anymore

The price is higher than the same, even better carwash in the erea,it is 4 dollars for 3 minutes. The water pressure was not that good, the foam was veryyyyy slow, you need at least 5-10 minutes to cover your whole car ( a sedan car) with the foam, and because the presure and speed of the foam is not that good it became dry very fast.so you need to repeat that!

Went in for a car wash on Saturday. Came out of the car wash with a splintered ding in my windshield and little knicks everywhere. Keep in mind this is a new car to me and the ding is within eyeline sight on top of having little divot marks all over and if someone took a tool and put tiny holes in the windshield. I was also in my car all morning and not once did the windshield have a single mark or multiple markings like it did prior to going in. They were responsive at first said they would help, when I called with the quotes to have the windshield fixed, I got a return call from Irene, the supposed manager, who told me they watched the video, and they found proof I went into the car wash with the ding. She then told me to come back and watch the video. When I got there Irene showed me a snapshot text message with two white dots drawn on to the picture. I asked her to text me the photo she said she wasn’t allowed to. When I said I want to see the video she told me no. So why have me drive up there to see the video if you weren’t planning to let me watch it?! Jake, random guy who works there, but also someone who seemed to have all the answers, said that I asked to see the video, I never asked to see it. I was called and told to come see it. Jake said that there was a truck ahead of me and it could have come from that….Irene said there was a Lexus in front of me it couldn't have come from that. I was told that it had to go to their insurance to review and they’d get back to me about seeing the video. Jake also said that I threatened to sue and take them to court so he couldn’t speak with me anymore and they would stop communicating with insurance. No way communication with insurance even happened same day.
Finally got someone at “headquarters” to answer, Chuck said, and I quote, “they don’t clean windshields and only use foam”. Sorry Chuck, have you even been to your car wash locations?! NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They will beat your car up and have little to no care! They closed the laundromat because people stopped trusting their service. Don’t trust their car wash either!

This place overcharges and there is no one around to speak to about it. I got the $11 car wash twice and both times I was charged for the highest priced car wash at $16. I emailed the corporate email and nothing back.

The place is good, and only one draw back will you need to carry coins if you need to vacuum .In case of wash, you can use a credit/debit card or any digital wallet for washing..

Went here on 12/11/23 around 4pm. Car wash did horrible. Paid for the premium wash and the only thing the car wash did was rinse a couple times and then scrub. Not even any suds or soap!!! Either the owners are cheap or the machine is broken. Not happy and not coming back here. The clear coat on the car may even be scratched up now since there wasn't any soap.

Never go to this place, they always overcharge. I took the selfwash service, it costed 15$. But I was charged more than 50$, several times. Never go to this place!

IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO GET STOLEN COME HERE, THEY CHARGED ME $10 AND THEN AT THE END OF THE MONTH THEY TOOK 45$ OUT OF NOWHERE they edit the amount , be careful people I used the self service machine ?????? HORRIBLEEE
