“I've come here a few times to get things printed for special occasions. They are always quick with getting the order ready for me, call me to tell me when it's ready, and things are always accurate. The last time I came in, there was some mix up between how I ordered something and what instructions came to the team. Luis, the team member helping me, went the extra mile to immediately fix it. He checked with me at multiple stages to make sure each item was on the type of paper I wanted and at the size and quantity that I'd intended. I appreciate that consideration and commitment to making the customer happy!”

“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”

“Deon worked very hard to ensure I was able to get some music equipment shipped from Baltimore to Houston. He needed some assistance from his Manager; which I was extremely grateful to her for. Bc honestly w/o her Deon may not have been as successful as he was but the two of them just made something that could’ve been difficult very easy for us. We really do appreciate their help and knowledge on how to get our items packed and shipped properly. Deon keep being coachable like u were! You’re going to go far!”
