Wont sign my repair order. Told me take it to the state police. For no apparent reason. Rude, told me I failed my inspection before even looking at my car. And I got my inspection done right after by someone else.

You get a true sense for a person's character by what they do when something unexpectedly goes wrong. Tom is a class act and made it right. I trust him implicitly, a rare and valuable characteristic worth rewarding.

This station raises prices the night before days they are running sales. On Mon 9/20/21 they raised premium to $4.05 before the regular Tuesday $.20 per gallon discount on premium. I will buy my gas elsewhere even if I have to pay more.

My daughter dropped her car off on Thursday for a new tire. Tom said it would be ready Friday. She has called several times with no response. This is a long weekend and so her car will sit there until Tuesday. She has a job and he NEVER called to see if she needed her car. We could have had a new tire done in a day at Mr Tire but the shell has her rim! Not happy!

Most of the pumps doesnt work... when you try to pay with card it says accepted ,lift the nozzle but when you lift the nozzle it says thank youI aske dthe cashier whats wrong and he said that only 2 pumps does work .. and there is no sign saying out of service

I was recommended to Tom by a friend after I’ve dealt with a terrible dealership who wanted to charge me tons of money for so called “problems.” I dropped my car off at 10:00am and Tom called me at 1:00pm letting me know he didn’t find anything. When I went to pick my car up, he didn’t charge me anything for looking at it. I will 100% come here for all my car issues as the customer service I have received is far better than any dealer. I felt I could trust Tom and am very happy with this news.
