OK so it seems like the only way management recognizes your review is if it’s more of a complaint. I’m not sure if they understand the needs of the customers, but one thing is for sure they need better hours. I’d rather go to Sam’s Club and Walmart but sometimes I can only find a time when Sam’s Club is closed it’s like why do you close at 8 o’clock if you don’t even need cashiers at all? Why does your gas station close at 8 o’clock? If it doesn’t he cashiers Your product is decent but you’re just not considered serving your consumer base
Also, I genuinely thought there was something difficult about serving pizza until I went to another Sam’s Club that in fact is near Severn Maryland and has cheaper gas I don’t know why the line for the pizza takes so long the young dude at the front literally take another order until he Has the people in the Mac make a hotdog for one person? It’s just critically stupid I mean the only place you have to wait five business days for slides of pizza that’s literally right there. I just can’t comprehend it.

No coupons, no bags and no consistency in products. The Catonsville location had no handles on the doors in the dairy isle for 8 months. Spend a few hundred and come home and wonder where's the food.

I have been shopping at Sam's Club since it was located at Port Covington. Occasionally it is a hot mess but when management hears the compliant they respond. And new people are hired because that is usually my compliant (bad customer service). Lucky for me, I have not had that bad service for over ten years now. And I love that I can find everything I want when I do shop there. Great store and location (even during the pandemic shut down) ?.

Staff has always been super kind and helpful. I was robbed in the back of the loading dock area. Lock up all items, turn truck off and lock when going to get paperwork even if it's just for a minute

I had a lovely young lady who name Sy came to me and offered to help me sit up my scan and go . She was very helpful and patient. She was unable to help me sit it up because she said my membership was expired so she escorted me over to customer service where she continue help me it sit. You need more Great team members like Sy who is dedicated to Great guest Service!!!
Thanks Again Sy I no longer have to wait in long lines ???

Location is ok. Parking lot is always packed. The store is pretty organized. They be do hound you about memberships especially during the premium hours.

Very average location. On the positive side they have all of the departments including bakery, optical, pharmacy, gas station. On the down side the women’s bathroom was disgusting and there were a bunch of staff just waiting around outside of it for online orders to come in. Also the line to get out of the store was many people deep. The price on gas was great, but the line was at least 25 cars long (maybe more), so I’m not sure if it was worth it in the end.
