This is the worst Ross I have ever been to the Manager is very unprofessional the way she speaks to the staff is horrible and her attitude is not fit to manage at any store. I will never step foot in this store ever.

Worst experience ever
I bought an area rug and I was told that no one could help me put the rug in my car which was unusual to me because I shop and Ross and in all the other Ross they help you with furniture to ya car so who ever manages this Ross is losing because I had to stand in line to return the rug due too that they told me I couldn’t take it because I was unable to take the cart out and no one was able to help me take the rug to the car .

Never have seen a place with this much negativity.
Such a rudest staff and arrogant. Their behavior with customer shows that the stuff is paying for a customer transaction. Throwing the stuff while checking out instead of putting in bag or giving it to a customer. The manager is a nice and such an understanding person.
Would never ever visit this and even will let my families and friends know to stay away from this Ross location. This location used to be the best, but now from last 2 years this place is honestly getting worst.

Usually a fan of Ross, but a sales associate in Catonsville, MD named Brandon is one of the rudest we have ever had to deal with. He called us to the counter and we informed him that we had some items to return and some items to buy. When he saw the items we were returning and that it wasn't just in one receipt, he started rolling his eyes and asked us rudely " Did you sort these items out to match the receipts? " I told him, No cause we have never been asked to. He then continued muttering loudly" Oh my God, I can't believe this." then proceeded to bang the scanner against the counter. He was so upset that he had to scan multiple items and sort things out. He started scanning and processing our returns. We had 7 items to return so at the end, I just asked him to check if he, indeed processed 7 cause it appeared to be just 6, he then says " Look Miss, I don't know your receipts.." then he called the next customer when we still had items in our cart that we wanted to buy. I,then, had to get a manager involved who was nice and helpful. People like Brandon should never be in any customer service position because he obviously hates working where he has to be nice

If you're a mom or care about kids DO NOT go here. The woman refused to give me the code to the bathroom and told me she wouldn't open the door because she didn't like how I asked for it. (I was trying to get in before my 2 year old had an accident). I told her my daughter needed to go urgently. She refused and my daughter had to pee herself. Then the b*+ch opened the door! Register associate asked me if everything was ok I told him what happened and he immediately got rude. Holy WOW not just bad customer service but zero professionalism and no humanity.

Wanted to see if they still had anything worthwhile left in store. I was able to grab a few baby items for a baby shower. Nit the sane shopping experience as before, but if all fails, this is one place to go.

I bought a item here yesterday it did not function properly. I brought it back complete in the box with the receipt the store refused to give me a refund or exchange the item for a functioning one.
Just an update. I called the corporate office headquarters phone number and the customer service representative issued a refunded full and told me to keep the item.
In exchange I went in how to silly process of communicating to store employees to identify exactly who was the person causing a problem.

This is the worst Ross! Whoever manages this store does not care about employees or customers. Line was at the back of the store and only one cashier. The manager came up and went back to their office. The store manager refused to help. Why is this store opened?
